The new Aikatsu! cards arrive: the "Jeweling Coords" that bear the motif of precious gemstones! "Jeweling Coord cards" are cards with the highest rarity, Jeweling Rare. When using these cards, the user will shine bright like jewels with these special coords.
Legend & Lore
At one point in time, a mysterious meteor shower sent seven rough minerals down to Earth. Each one of these are what gives the power of the Jeweling Coords.
With the help of fate, these rough minerals will land in the hands of the possible candidates of the Jeweling Coords, attracted by the idol's inner radiance. The minerals observe their progress and growth to determine whether they are worthy of the power of Jewels, and when making their final judgement, will turn from an unpolished stone to a polished jewel.
When in a performance, those who are chosen by the Jewels will go through a Jeweling Change midway through their performance, in which the user's Premium Rare Coord will be proceeded to change into a Jeweling Rare Coord, giving the original coord a new appearance, rarity and name.
