Hi, Reader! I am just letting you know that I am going to re-write this book and re-publish it over Sumer Break! As you may know, I am in school, and it is hard for me to get any time to write, so that's why I'll be re-writing this over Sumer Break. I am going to change a few things like the characters ages, and add more of a back ground for them.

The Characters themselves will remain the same, with the same names and love interests. I will do the same with the other 2 books in the Mindscape Trilogy.

Thank you for reading!

Kelly woke up is a simple gray room. In it was a small table, her bed, which she was sitting on, a bookshelf, and a dresser. The dresser had three drawers, and all of them had labels. "Work Clothes." One of them read. What does that mean? Kelly thought. She opened that draw, and found six dresses in it. Each one looked like the other, and was made out of a silk like fabric, and they were gray. The dresses also had a shorts built into it too.

The next draw was labeled "After Work Clothes." In that drawer there were six shirts, and six pairs of pants. All the shirts were whites, and the pants were black. The last drawer was labeled, "Extras." In it were female things that Kelly would need.

She looked in the mirror that was leaning on the wall, and was on top of her dresser. She was surprised to see herself, in one of the gray dresses, and her hair was cut to her neck. It was curly and dark red as always. Kelly looked like she lost about five to ten pounds. "Wow." She said, twirling around in the dress. The dress was tight, and it didn't move when she twirled.

Her eyes were the same color, green and dark brown. She had on the ring that her father had given to her. Her father had died in a car accident three years ago. She was ten, and she had to help her mom take care of her younger brother and her younger sister. She had grown up quickly, very quickly.

She was 5'5, and looked like she should be 16, when in reality, she was 13. She had always been tall for her age. She also had abilities that most kids did not. She could do little things, move stuff without touching it, make people think about things, see things, that she wanted them too see.

These abilities had made Kelly shy, and selectively mute. She also had been bullied for being pansextual. Everyone said that she was too young to decide something like that, but that didn't stop her from kissing who she had a crush one. She kissed one of her best friends, Sam, who is a girl.

Kelly and Sam had always been close because Sam could do the same things that Kelly could. Sam and Kelly would have sleepovers, and play chest. They would move the pieces thalapathy, read each other's mind, and put thought/images into each other's minds trying to win.

Kelly had kissed Sam a week ago. They were playing chest, and Sam had won. Kelly tackled her friend, and looked at her. Sam had light brown skin, and thick black hair, that was down to her elbow. Sam's eyes were blue and green, and Kelly loved them.

"Kelly," Sam said after Kelly kissed her, "What the heck was that?" Sam asked, pushing Kelly off of herself. "Sorry, I just-" Kelly was cut off when Sam kissed her.

"I like you too, I just thought I would have to kiss you first." Sam said, and kissed Kelly again. That night had gone really well for both of them. They fell asleep, with Kelly curled up in Sam's arms

Sam told her brother what had happened, and he told the whole school. Kelly was picked on, and got beat up. The kid who hit her, Phil, had died in a car wreck that day. Kelly though that her emotions had caused it, and ran away from home.

After leaving, Sam found her and confronted her. "You did not kill Phil. That was not your fault." Sam said, rubbing Kelly's back.

"I know that I could have done that.I might hurt you, or my family." Kelly said through watery eyes.
