Jessica's POV

Four years ago the house - mansion- next door to mine was put up for sale. Now it's sold, I'm guessing the old man who put it up for sale died already and they took the price down a few notches. Don't get me wrong I'm not heartless but the man asked for too much, was way too greedy.

I looked out my window at the house, i missed the nieghbours moving in because i was busy at my boyfriend's house yesterday but i was told i would see them at school, and at dinner tonight. Yeah, that's right my parents made me blow off the time with my boyfriend so i could see people who i probably wouldn't talk to again and right on the night of my 17th birthday. Not like they cared there were just being nosey... as usual. They were leaving tonight anyway i bet they forgot it was my birthday again.

I surveyed myself in the mirror, i looked extra hot today and before you get the wrong idea, no I'm not a slut i just know when to appreciate beauty. I was one of the lucky ones to be blessed with it. My skirt was just above mid thigh showing off my tanned legs and my shirt was tight and the first few buttons were open showing off my cleavage. My soft blonde hair was straight and out to around mid back and surprisingly matched my bright emerald eyes. I put on some make up keeping it natural but pretty. What can i say? I wanted to look great for Jace.

FYI Jace is my boyfriend. That's right Jessica Rowens has Jace Ritchestone, the football and basketball captain as her boyfriend. Jace is the most popular boy in school, and the most hottest. I put on my black heels and made my way down stairs with my bag.

I grabbed a bowl and poured my cereal and the milk. "Mornin' dad." I said to the man across the table with the newspapper currently infront of him who either did not hear me or just was ignoring me.

I noticed Lily wasn't here nor was she upstairs so I guessed she had already at school. Lily was my younger sister - only by a year - and looked exactly like me and pretty much had the same 'status' as me. She is basically in love with her 1 year boyfriend and whilst I don't exactly trust him I'm not going to interfer.

My mum walked in and like usual was straight to the point, "Good morning Jessica, we expect you home straight away and that you have something PRESENTABLE to wear for dinner." She said eyeing my outfit in disgust.

I just nodded knowing that i was going to wear anything other than presentable. She looked smug as she grabbed the coffee and poured herself some, "Now hurry up or your going to be late." I stood and put my plate in the sink i quickly went to the bathroom to brush up and then was out the door in my car. I sighed as i started the car. They forgot about my birthday... again.

I was in the parking my car in the school parking lot ten minutes later. I left my blue convertable. Straight away I was ambushed by my friends. I hung out with a group of girls named Gina, Daisy, Jasmine, and Michelle but my best friend was Anna. They were all great friends and really popular.

I knew i could trust Anna, Daisy and Gina but i wasn't to sure of Jasmine and Michelle because they could turn on quicker than you can say shit. Daisy a tall, skinny black haired girl ran up to me excitment in her eyes. Daisy is really bubbly and happy but she will get serious if she needs too. Her background is greek and she portrays it well.

She gave me a quick hug and then started babbling, "Happy Birthday Jess! Guess what? Well you know how mum works in the front office and all well she got some enrollments yesterday and she was in charge of the pictures and she saw the new kids and there are no girls but there are NINE boys! I've had a look at the pictures and OMG they are like sex gods!"
