"Lily..."

I flinch as I feel a person fall on my bed, right on top of my legs, but I keep my eyes shut and ignore them.

"LILITH WAKE UP!" They scream in my face.

I was attempting to ignore them, but now I can't help but giggle. Of course, even though I still haven't opened my eyes, I know exactly who it is-

"Trinity, what are you doing here?" I mumble.

"Your mom let me in. We need to leave in half an hour, and you're still here sleeping!" She complains. I groan and try to get up, but then realize that she's still lying on top of my legs.

"Get off of me," I whine. I love her, I promise.

"Okay, let's go. It looks like you have all of your stuff packed," she says, although it was more of a question than a statement. Yes, I am packed, but I'm leaving a lot of my stuff here in my old room for when I come to visit.

"Your dad said there's pancakes in the kitchen, by the way," she adds as she finally stands up off my bed.

I followed her out of my room and into the kitchen where my dad is, in fact, finishing up the last batch of pancakes. My mom and my little sister, Ava, are already at the table, eating.

"Oh, it's our last breakfast together before Lilith leaves," my mom says, pouting, as soon as she notices us walk in.

"Yay! She's finally leaving!" Ava giggles and cheers. Mom gives her a look. Ava pretends not to notice and gives me an innocent smile before going back to scarfing up the pancake on her plate.

All five of us sat and ate breakfast together. It was really nice to spend some time with my four favorite people in the whole world. Hopefully we'll get to do this again sometime.

After breakfast, I head back my room to get dressed and put on a little bit of makeup. Not much, just some concealer, a little bit of highlighter, and mascara. Mascara makes my big brown eyes look even bigger, and I love it.

I quickly run my fingers over my eyebrows to smooth them down, and once I'm ready to go, I take a look around my room to make sure I didn't forget anything important. I remember to film a quick intro for my vlog, and then it's time to grab my suitcases and say goodbye to my family. I'm gonna miss them so much. I make sure to give them each an extra long hug, because it will be a couple months before I see them again. Ava even hugs me back for once. Trinity says goodbye to them too, and then we are out the door and on our way down to our cars.

We are moving from Minneapolis, Minnesota to Los Angeles, so it shouldn't be too much of a change, except for the weather. We just have to get there first. If we stay in a hotel tonight, we should get there sometime tomorrow afternoon.

It was a long drive, but we made it. It's definitely a lot warmer here, but I love it. We stopped at Wendy's for lunch and are currently sitting in my car in the parking lot. I'm vlogging, trying to recap our drive and how California is so far for my 833 thousand subscribers on YouTube. I'm not sure when I'll find time to edit the video, but I'll get to it eventually. I'll make sure to keep vlogging as I get moved in.

When we're satisfied with how much we filmed, Trinity gets back in her own car and we navigate our way to my new apartment building. We find it fairly easily and hurry into the lobby to get my key. I'm so excited! With Trinity's help, I bring all of my stuff up to my apartment and unlock the door. I am surprised by how pretty it is. Living here is going to be fantastic!

It takes a couple trips up and down the elevator, but eventually all of my belongings are in my apartment, and we still have plenty of time to head over to Trinity's dorm room and bring her stuff in, so that's what we do.

Trinity sits on her new bed and looks around. "I can't believe we live by ourselves now..."

"Yeah, me neither." I respond, sitting down on the end of the bed.

We spend the rest of the day messing around, watching netflix, and decorating her dorm.

Finally, it's time for me to head home and get some sleep in my own apartment.

I spend the next day just unpacking boxes and decorating to the best of my abilities. It looks pretty nice, if I do say so myself.

I figure it would be a good idea to go downstairs and check out what other buildings and stores there are around here, and do a little grocery shopping. There are so many stores to check out, and wow, LA is amazing.
