1 Glass

My name is Asher. Asher Angle. I'm 24 and i just moved into a new apartment. Right now i am at a really high point in my career. I'm a pretty successful actor if i do say so myself. My new movie, 'Onceland' is coming out in August and i'm super excited.

I was laying on the floor, cold tiles on my back. All of a sudden, i heard glass shatter on the wall of the apartment above mine. I thought i was just hearing things until i heard a girls voice that sounded like she'd been crying. "Hayden!" She sounded distressed, so i ran out of my room and took the elevator to the second floor. I raced down the hall to room 217 and knocked. A girl around my age open up. "Hi, i live directly underneath you and i couldn't help but hear glass shatering and a girl yelling the name Hayden?" I asked politley. Her sweater was zipped up to her chin and she had tear stains on her cheeks. "I'm sorry but i havn't hear anything all night. I think your ears are playing tricks on you." The girl was so beautiful eventhough it looked like she had just gotten out of bed. "Thanks for checking Mr," "Just Asher." I replied quickly. "Well, 'Just Asher' i have to go back in. I wish i could answer your questions, but i didn't hear a thing." "Maybe it was just the wind." I sugested. "Yeah, it must have been the wind..."

When i got back to my room, i could not stop thinking about this strange girl. I didn't even know her name. Suddenly, i heard a loud bang on my door. Distracted from my trail of thoughts, i walked over to the door to see a familiar boy that i had know since i was 3...
