(soooo hello this is going to be my first book and sorry if I miss spell words/mess up on grammar)
Soon after the chat with Jack, I shattering of a glass bottle. I rush into the next room seeing a drunk Mordecai, he sees me and suddenly reaches for his blade. I take a few steps away and I see a familiar bird fly past my head. "YOU'RE THE EASON SHE'S DEAD! IF WE HADNT TRUSTED YOU SHE WOULD... SHE would... be h-" he falls to his knees as tears flood down his face, he leaned back and chuckled as he wiped away the tears.
I go and look through my bag and walked in front of Mordecai, kneeling down and opening the gun case you held. Inside was a Sniper rifle, his old rifle that he had lost. but as a gift, you found it and had restored the scope, but also the trigger that had sand stuck in the cracks. "Here, I thought you would like it ba-" her sentence was cut off by him shooting up and kissing her on the lips.
Jack's P.O.V.
my body shook in fear when suddenly my ECHO goes off and I answer it and the face is shadowed but the ECHO is moved so, I can see Y/N and Mordecai... kissing. My body tenses as I watch, soon my shocked face shifts to a snarl. 'How could she? Did I think she actually loved me? Or is she just playing with my emotions.. ya that had to be it.' Anger fades my vision as my grip on the ECHO tighten. I click the end call button as I storm out of my office, but I slow down when it downs on me that she might have not done it.
Y/N P.O.V.
I'm shocked for a short moment before leaning against his lips kissing him back and, from behind me, I hear Roland and Lilith chuckle. I pull away "I guess you love it?" I ask chuckling, and he does the same.
"Well you know to get to a man's heart~," he says as he picks the rifle up and examining it. He looks up at me and says "te amo."
"What did you say?" I asked since I don't know Spanish. I tilt my head and he leans back and chuckles as he takes a large gulp of a whiskey from one of the unemptied bottles around him.
-Time Skip-
Lilith and Roland decided to throw a party for "no reason," as they said. as the music played everyone around me danced to the rhythm. I, on the other hand, stood in the corner. As I let the rhythm control my body and did as it pleases with my body, I didn't see that Brick and Mordy were at the bar and they were staring at you. (Well mostly Mordecai).
- Mordecai's P.O.V. -
I sat at the bar watching as Y/N sat in the corner, looking around shyly as people danced around her. Brick being him nudged me and cooed in my ear: "you should go flirt with her~" I snarl and turn my head to him and glare at him.
"really? I mean just... dude?" I say as I face cover my face with one of my hands as I groan, at the same time Moxxi walked over and chuckled and placed a bottle of beer. "what's so funny?" I ask as I look up at her.
"Oh nothing it's just I swear you've gotten way more nervous around girls then you where when we got together," she says and winks as she walks to the other side of the bar. 'maybe because I've lost my trust in a woman because of you,' i thought as I stand up and brush my self off as I turn around and start walking to Y/N.
god, she is way too pretty to be into me. I slow down as a tall man walks up to her and starts to talk to her and her checks become as red a rose as she was laughing. my heart dropped as I turn away, but suddenly I felt someone wrap their arms around me from behind. I look over my shoulder seeing Y/N? "Babe! there you are" she says and has a look in her eyes that are screaming help.
"I was at the bar you know this, anyhow are you okay?" I ask as I turn to her and gave her a sweet smile. she gives me a sweet smile back and whispers a thank you, "let's go back I told Brick I would be back in a sec." I say and grab her hand and guides her to the bar.
"Oh my god thank you! the guy walked over and started to joke with me and then got all perverted," she says and holds her heart that's when I realize what she's wearing.

I feel my face heat up as I look down at the ground, when I look past her I see the same man talking into an ECHO. huh, wonder what's up with that?
Third P.O.V. (with jack)
Gerald, who was put up to going to his CEO -who no one had seen for a few hours. So how he would react was up in the air at this point, Gerald walked down the halls as he stepped into the elevator, that went up to the top floor. Fear filled Gerald as he reached the top level, he gulped as he walked down the short hall. the lady at the desk of to the side of the large doors, that lead to probably his death, glanced up from the screen of her computer.
"Can I go in?" he asked his voice shakily passed his lips as he shyly looked over trying to cover the fact that he was actually scared of what he had to face on the other side of the door.
"Ya, be careful," she said gestures to the door in front of him.
His hand shakily touches the cold metal before the door slid open. in front of him was his CEO standing in the middle of the room, the room was complete trashed. His eyes landed on Jack who was holding a gun in one hand and a photo in another, Jack stood up straight as he put the gun away along with the photo.
"You know what I miss?" asked Jack as he turned around and fixed his hair, and had a forced smile. " door handles," Gerald stood there confused. " you know door handles so, I can put up a DO NOT DISTURB SIGN." Jack said as his voice got louder "BUT I HAVE A SECRETARY FOR THAT!" he then spun around picking up a cup in the proses, Geralds eyes become fixated on the cup as it sails by his head and, shatters on the ground as the doors slowly slide shut. Geralds' eyes widened as realizing he is, trapped the room with his in ragged CEO. he turns back to Jack, now inches from his face. "and what do you piss for brains,"
Gerald sheepishly speaks, "It's 2:50 sir, want me to cancel your 3 o'clock?"
"Cancel? of course not. Let's go." Jack said walking up to Gerald and wrapped an arm around his neck.
Gerald sat next to the CEO, during the meeting that had been going on for a good three minutes. Jack had been interrupting with him saying his thoughts about the female vault hunter who had left Helios in a heated argument, but no one dare stand up to him. at one point though, he had a sinister smile appeared across his face as he said in a hushed voice.
"she will love me, even if I have to take away everything she loves. Even Mordicai,"

so sorry it took so long had a lot going on and I had help from @Emily_Lavellan and a big thank you to her and I'm starting a new book that is going to star a well-known sniper.
