"what the fuck are we gonna do now?" renjun finally spoke up, breaking the heavy silence amongst the 7 teens. the boys were currently sat in jisung's parent's bedroom as they contemplated how to fix their problem.

everyone looked at donghyuck as a result of renjun's statement, anticipating an idea from the boy, but were disappointed when he looked down.

"i say we communicate with the uh-- whatever it is," jeno proposed.

"y-yeah or like renjun, google how to make a demon less angry?" jaemin said.

"wow! yeah! because google just has the answers to everything!" renjun replied. nonetheless he googled how.

"wikihow says just talk to it lmao," renjun said, letting out a cackle.

"w-well i say we get one person to talk to it," chenle said, looking at donghyuck," and i think donghyuck should-"

"now hold on! donghyuck can't go out there by himself to talk to a FUCKING DEMON! are you crazy?" mark shouted at chenle.

"he's like the most educated on things like this!" chenle argued.

"chenle has a point," jisung muttered.

"literally fuck YOU, jisung! he's not going to-"

"i'll do it," donghyuck interrupted, his voice sounding as if he felt defeated.

"but hyuckie? are you sure?" mark questioned.

"yeah," the younger replied, standing up to leave.

"wait hyuck!" mark shouting, stopping the younger in his tracks," um good luck, i lov- y-yeah good luck, bro."

hyuck slowly nodded, exiting the room.

mark stood up to sit closer to the bedroom door hoping hyuck would come back unharmed. he coughed, flinching at the pain coming from his throat.

donghyuck made his way into the room that obtained the ouija board. switching on the light, he slowly approached the board, taking a seat in front of it.

the lights flickered off causing donghyuck to jump in surprise. he quickly recovered, relaxing his his tensed shoulders only for them to tense up again as he noticed 2 red eyes looking right at him.

"hello, lee donghyuck," the "creature " said in it's low raspy voice.

"hello." donghyuck replied, managing to sound fearless although fear lurked within him.

"the other 6 boys... where are they?" the demon questioned.

"why would i tell you?"

"because they betrayed you, donghyuck."

hyuck scowled. "what do you mean they betrayed-" hyuck stopped mid sentence recalling the events that had taken place before he exited. jisung and chenle said he should leave. he recalled jeno and jaemin silently nodding their heads in agreement and renjun just stayed on his phone, but mark... mark wanted him to stay.

"just as i thought... donghyuck you're the weakest of them all."

donghyuck quickly looked down upon being degraded.

"you're worthless. they're only your friends because you're funny and you joke about your childhood traumas, but deep down you're hurting and you know they dont care. you don't care though, you continue to mentally hurt yourself to keep them laughing, so you won't feel lonely. which is absolutely..."

donghyuck looked up, his eyes tear filled as he waited for the demon to finish it's sentence.

"pathetic." it finished with a chuckle.

tears fell from donghyuck's eyes as he quietly muttered, "what about mark, h-he wanted me to stay."

"you mean absolutely nothing to mark. you're nothing, but a "dick lick"... a "booty call" for him. he wants you for your body, hyuck. deep down you know that, but you're scared to come to terms with it because you wish it wasnt true. you wish he wanted you for... you. which would never happen." the demon concluded.

"sh-shut UP. SHUT THE FUCK UP YOU KNOW NOTHING ABOUT ME!," donghyuck screamed only to get a maniacal laugh in response. he sniffled and quickly tried to leave the room only for the door to slam shut. he panicked quickly feeling around for the light switch that had seemed to disappear from where it was originally located. 

the boy had finally given up, his legs weakening causing him to fall to the floor, his sobs were the only thing that could be heard in the room. suddenly the room lit up red... as if millions of eyes were staring at him. then it started...

"worthless."

"lonely."

"weak."

"pathetic."

"worthless."

"lonely."

"weak."

"pathetic."

"STOP!" donghyuck screamed as the eyes began to inch closer and closer to him.

"let it... consume you, donghyuck." the demon yelled.

"worthless... lonely... weak... pathetic"

"WORTHLESS... LONELY... WEAK... PATHETIC,"  the voices chanted, causing hyuck to cover his ears."

"STOP. pl-please," donghyuck cried, causing the voices to stop abruptly.

"aw... why? the fun was just about to begin," the demon spoke up, donghyuck could hear the smirk in it's voice.

"what f-fun?" donghyuck nervously asked. the boy was quickly pushed down before feeling a heavy weight on his chest.

the lights quickly came on revealing a creature so horrid donghyuck couldn't even process it's features, all he could do was scream. unfortunately his screaming caused the creature to let out a piercing scream, resulting in donghyuck closing his eyes in pain and continuing to scream. and then he felt as if something had entered him. his insides burned as he came to the terrifying conclusion that the creature- no the demon had entered him. he slowly grew tired... as if his body- no his mind... his soul was shutting down... down... down...

"let it consume you."
