CHAPTER - 1

Madelaine's POV

"Ladies and Gentlemen welcome to Incheon International Airport. We have landed at The D1 Terminal. It's 19:30 pm and 24° C , we have certainly enjoyed having you on the plane with us and hope to see you soon. Thank you."

Never have been this happy to listen to the Captain's announcement as I'm right now.

Getting stuck in a plane for 14 hours straight! What do you expect for a girl who adores Freedom and Adventure?

My voice filled with pure excitement and energy which made me scream.

"Yeah! Skyy we finally arrived! We are here, here in Korea!" I literally shakes  Skyy while saying it straight to her face which makes her to push me back in disgust.

I know she's not that Happy and Excited as I'm because she didn't wanted to come here in the first place. But she had to as the Company's Chief Director took an emergency leave as his wife is pregnant. Of course being the first heir of The Hayes Cooperations and the President you got no choice. Whereas I came here for my research on the upcoming trends, that's what I think as I'm still confused at my collge project. So, here we are.

"Will you lower your voice Madelaine!" said Skyy out of annoyance

"No, never!" to which she never responded and stood up to take off our bag backs from the above cabinets.

That's how we both are. Skyy is the one who is calm and disciplined girl who always works diligently where as on the other hand it's me, who gets excited and happy and knows how to live life to the fullest. You can say 'Super Energetic.'

"Will you please give me a hand here Addie, I think the bag is stucked."said Skyy to me. That's what she calls me since 2 years when we first became friends. We got ourselves nicknames , isn't that cute.

"Sure Kai."

After an hour ;

Skyy's POV

"Where is he?" Madelaine said while checking time on her wrist watch.

Just then a tall and Handsome figure in a Navy Blue Tuxedo appears.

"Excuse me ma'am. Are you Miss Skyy Hayes?

"Yes, I'm Skyy"

His pure black eyes then gets shifted from me to Madelaine.

"And, I suppose you are Miss Madelaine Rivera." He says while smiling, which sure didn't reached his eyes. While  Madelaine brings her hand forward for a handshake to which he awkward accepts it.

"I'm Mr. Edward, Edward Foster your Manager" he says while shaking my hand after Madelaine. Yes, my manager, the person who will guide me  through  my work. He looks cool and sophisticated. Hope he is easy to deal with.

"Ma'am this way please" he points to the left side where I suppose is the Car parked.

I just gave a nod and a faint smile and we both followed him.

After an hour and half of ride we reached to a Huge Compound where we are suppose to stay at an apartment.

That's what Dad said to us that me and Madelaine would be staying together in Seoul.

There are four huge buildings on the four sides of about 20 to 25 stories and a huge Fountain in the middle with Dancing Fairy's Sculpture who more looks like an angel. Nevertheless it looks Beautiful at night with all those Building Lights which looks so small like shining stars. And the garden too looks pretty with those white flowers on the drak green grass.

"Wake up Madelaine, we arrived at our apartment." The moment the car started she fell asleep.

No response.

This is what happens when your overexcited and didn't slept for 14 hours straight.

"Wake up Addie!" Now I starts to shake her but she is sleeping so peacefully which makes me frustrated as the atmosphere in the car starts to get awkward as the Manager is still seated in the Driver's seat and watching us from the rearview mirror.

"Miss Skyy do you need any help?"

"No, it's okay. I can manage it."

"Yah! Addie wake up please!" Now I  shake her head this time to make a difference but still...

no response.

"What should I do?"
