Introducing

Sam's P.O.V

"Okay" Layla started "Let's find out what classes you have" she finished taking the sheet from my hand.

" Oh you have Mr.Collier for first with me! " she rambled on " come on we don't want to be late to his class."

We walked and I asked her

"What were you talking about when you said I was the one?"

"Oh you are the perfect person for my best friend Sarah!" she replied

"When can I meet her?"

"Well it looks like we all have the same teacher for third so then!" she said excitedly her tail whipped around behind her.

" Hey uh why do you have a tail? " I asked hoping she was somewhat like me.

"Oh uh I'm a cat hybrid!" she answered. " Cool that's something we have in common.. well sorta cuz I'm a ender hybrid!"

"*gasp* isn't that a rare hybrid?"

"Yep" I replied confidently.

"Cool well uh lets go in!" she said

We walked in and she pulled me along to the back with her.We sat in the back net the corner.

"Hello class" said the tall man walking into the room. " I see we have a new student.What is your name sir?"

"S-Sam." I stuttered quietly causing some kids to giggle.Layla shot them a death glare and they shut up.Guess she scared them.

"Well my name is Mr.Berry and welcome to science class.He paused and looked at Layla "Take the hat off Layla and will you be the one to show Sam around?" he asked.She slid her hat off and she had her brown ears flat on her head " Yes sir " she answered.

"Well let's begin class" said Mr.Berry.

As the bell rang a lot of kids bolted out of their seats.Layla walked over to me as I was shoving my notebook into my white and black book bag.She stepped out of the way so I could stand up.

She waved her hand telling me to follow her.As we stepped out of class we passed a group of kids that stared at me.She grabbed my arm and tried to pull me faster but they came up anyway.

"Hey look it's the new fag with his little bitty kitty!" he said trying to get me mad but all I did was keep walking. " awe is she gonna protect you?" he asked grabbing my shoulder and spinning me around.

He went to punch me in the face but I dodged it and hit him hard in the face.Blood started to trickle down his face from his nose.He touched his face and glared at me shoving me down and going to kick me.Layla came up and stepped in between him and me.

He simply shoved her away.

"Uh hey man you shouldn't have done that." one of his buddies said looking a little nervous and backing away with the other."oh shut up I'm now scared of getting scratched by a little kitten."

Then his buddies took off running full speed and I turned and saw Layla running at him.She grabbed his arm and twisted it in behind his back kicking behind his knee making him fall to the ground.

I heated a sickening snap and then I heard screaming from the boy.I realized that she had just broken his finger *snap* ooooh there goes another.

"Don't you ever mess with him ever again! Understand?!" She asked flipping him over and clawing him a lot on the face.He was crying and he nodded his head fast.She got off of him and helped him up.He ran off to the nurse I assume.

I looked her in the eyes and realized that they were red.Then they slowly turned brown.

"Uh sorry you had to see that uh that's my aggressive side and uh yeah." she said.

"That was awesome!" I yelled " thank you". "You're welcome" she replied "let's get to second before were late".

We left second and headed to third,slipping into the door of mrs.collins class.We sat in between Luke,Doran,Logan and this amazing girl.

"Hi I'm Sarah."
