Quick little authors note here, no I haven't worked on the other story and I'm probably never gonna, I'm making this because someone I admire very much wanted to find one but he couldn't, and I have no clue what my sleep deprived brain will create. So Reader, before you read this, just know, I have absolutely no idea what I'm doing. Enjoy! ~ Alastor

I was in a meadow running towards a Forest. The trees were mostly Maple, Birch, and Spruce but there were some Pines and Evergreens scattered at the tree line. I ran to the tree line and stopped to catch my breath looking for the stream that runs to the treehouse. I spot it and start walking along the mostly hidden path. Soon enough I came to the old worn down tree house, nested high in the branches of an old Elm tree. I could see the carving in the bark of the tree. "Together to the end, through thick and thin, we'll always be friends, no matter how hard it gets!" It was sloppily written in a child's handwriting, but that didn't make it any less meaningful. I could hear a light humming, starting off low then slowly rising in pitch. I smiled and started to climb the ladder leading to the tree house.

"Shikii! I got your call! Sorry it took so long mom made me do the dishes!" I called up to my best friend, using the nickname I had come up with, since she didn't like that she could call me by my first name but didn't want to be called by hers. She leaned out of the doorway and waved before yelling down to me.

"(Y/N) be careful, don't fall you could get hurt!" She called down in her low calm voice. I climbed up and smiled at her. We hung out until the sun had start to set. We had climbed down and we're getting ready to go when she grabbed my hand and pressed it to the tree, where we had carved our oath of friendship.

"You made this promise with me, and you have to keep it, okay? That means you can't ever forget me, alright?" She said with tears running down her face. I started nodding furiously while wiping her face with my free hand.

"Of course! A promise is a promise! And I (F/N) promised you I would never forget you! So don't cry, okay?" I said hugging her. She nodded and turned to go saying she had to get game before dark, waving over her shoulder. I turned and started to jog back home, wondering why she had broke down like that.

Yes I am aware Magne is trans, in this story she's only out to the reader for now and doing voice coaching to heighten her voice. Like I said, I can't write stories well.
