I don't (my friends too) want any Texases flirting with England, etc. Not. Historically. Accurate.

4. Relationships can happen

Just nothing like rule 3. I sometimes will make exceptions, if you actually have proof. Sometimes.

6. Only 1ps and Nyos

The only exception is me and my mutuals, because if EVERYONE is a 2p, that would really be shitty.

7. You can have up to 4 characters
