A brisk sunny day like this deserves a walk on the beach. You thought to yourself while humming a tune and changing into your swimsuit. You loved how this one looked, it was a bit more skin than you liked to show but the tan lines were not awful and you knew that you would get a tan today. You slipped a large shirt on and got in your car and slammed the gas ready to dip your feet in the water.

You arived at the beach and grabbed your towel, sunscreen, and a bag of the rest of your things before locking your car and laying your things down on the soft sand. You put on the sunscreen and the walked out to the water, fealing the sand move as you stepped. You heard what sounded like a plane and stumbled back in shock when a well known hero, Midnight and her rival, Caym landed behind you. She picked you up and flew you to the parking lot,but you realized that her hand was on the small of your back and you felt your breath hitch before a blush crept up your face. You covered your face with your hand and held yourself closer to her, not wanting to fall. When she dropped you on the curb in front of your car you realized that your bag and keys were back at the beach. You held a hand out as she flew away, mouth agape in an atempt at speach. You sat down by your car and held your knees to your chest, hoping to find comfort in knowing that she was going to win. As you thought about their past battles you drifted off against your tire to the sounds of the fight.

You awoke to the sunset and a woman that appeared your age crowched in front of you, shaking you slightly. You opened your eyes with a start and struggled to get up muttering a sad "Sorry." On repeat. She smiled and picked up your bag and helped you up.
"Can I please drive you home? You look to be in no condition to drive." She looked concerned and you shook your head yes feeling a headache building up behind your eyes. She helped you slip into the passenger seat and started the car. You gave detailed directions and when not doing so, chatted about your lives, jobs and other random things.
