Peter could not remember a time where he wasn't always on his toes, webbing up bad guys and stopping crimes as the famed wall-crawler, Spider-Man, and not worrying about school assignments, keeping deadlines, and maintaining healthy relationships with those he cares about. But hey, you can't always get what you want, huh? Well, he did get one thing that he wanted more than anything during his European vacation with his friends and classmates. Sure, during his time in Europe, he had to fight a major battle in London with the master of illusion himself, Mysterio, in which he barely escaped alive.

But going through the struggle was worth it to keep that special someone safe. And in the end, he gave that someone the gift, told her how he felt, and he went back to New York with his new girlfriend, Michelle Jones; or MJ as her friends call her. Peter couldn't have been happier. Who knew that a nerd, who held a huge secret and responsibility in his hands, got the girl? Certainly not Peter Parker. But even back at home, there are still dangers. For when he got back, wearing his brand new, self-made, black and red suit, one of Mysterios cronies uploaded a video to the big jumbotrons in Times Square, framing Spider-Man for the murders of thousands of people in London, as well as revealing his identity.

Thanks to Nick Fury and the agents of S.H.I.E.L.D, they were able to control the video and stop it from spreading across the globe, and informed the citizens of New York that the video was fake and Spider-Man is, in fact, innocent. Peter thanked God for S.H.I.E.L.D, as he swung through the crowded streets of Manhattan in his upgraded, red and black suit. Pressing his two middle fingers on the web shooter trigger, he launched a web line that stuck to the nearest building and kept swinging. People started to cheer for him, as he swung through Queens, but there were the occasional few that scowled at the sight of him. Spider-Man groaned a little, knowing that if it wasn't for J. Jonah Jameson everything would go back to normal where everyone loved him. I guess you can't win 'em all, Spider-Man thought, nearly arriving at his destination. Letting go of the web line, he landed on an apartment building. His hands and feet clung to the brick wall, like Velcro, allowing him to scurry up the wall like a spider.

He stopped at a window a few stories up, holding a Walmart sack in hand. He opened the window, and crawled across the ceiling, leaving a few scuff marks from his boots in which his aunt May would scold him about later on. Closing the window with his foot, he continued across the ceiling, reaching the door to his bedroom as he closed it with web. Flipping himself right side up as he landed on the floor, Peter pressed the spider insignia on his chest, making the suit lose its skin-tight form and it fell off his shoulders, leaving him in his boxers. He put a navy blue sweater on over a plaid, button-up shirt, along with some blue jeans, and threw the Walmart sack on his twin-sized bed. He opened the sack, revealing a brand new Lego set. Peter smiled, as he looked at the box which, ironically, was Spider-Man themed. He guessed he was more famous than he thought. The Lego set box showed that it contained the minifigures Spider-Man, Mysterio, Nick Fury, and Happy Hogan. It also contained a high tech airplane, much the one Happy flew to pick Peter up, back in the Netherlands. It's also where he made his upgraded, red and black suit.

He wondered how the Lego Company knew about the airplane, but he brushed the thought aside and he called up his best friend/guy in the chair, Ned.

     "Hello?" Ned answered.

     "Hey, Ned!" Peter greeted, happily.

"Hey, Peter! What's up?" asked Ned.

"I just got back from Walmart, and I bought this really cool Spider-Man Lego set. You wanna come over later and build it with me?"

"Yea, totally! Dude, it's insane how the Lego Company thinks you're worthy enough to be in a Lego set. You're a minifigure too, man!"
