I met up with joey for dinner he just asked about normal things then he said something that caught my attention

"Have you met the new girl" when he said that I almost choked

"W-what new girl"

"Come on really? Your in the fire school practically all day and you didn't meet her yet?"

"N-no?"

"Ok well her name is Nicole"

"Oh okay I guess I'll meet her tomorrow in class"

Why did joey bring her up

I thought we already had a new student I need to talk to emma and the others
