Bex runs, with her and her brother's duffel bag around her shoulder. She abandons her brother in that alley way. She's looking straight ahead now, not turning around to look at Brian sat up on that brick wall, in the shadows.

Tears run down her face as she hurries along to a safer place, "Just keep running, you'll find some place," she thinks to herself, a sort of calming down mechanism that she does to ease some of the tension.

The sound of distant gunshots were now dissipating, not prominent. The onslaught was calmed down continuing. One thing's for sure though: she was surrounded. There are at least 3 people near her now, judging from the 3 consecutive sniper shots earlier; a sniper doesn't reload that fast.

It's weird though, she'd been running for about 7 minutes now, and yet, there's no follow up shots or anything. They just, disappeared after going after Brian.

She shook the thought off and kept running. The draft from her running is drying off her tears now, she can see clearly once again. Bex kept racing and racing, she figured finding a bar should be a good idea. After that it's just a game of laying low and staying secret

She was nearing a corner now, still no signs of the gunmen who shot Brian earlier. Bex turned the corner and 'thud'.

Bex fell down right on her ass, clutching her head where she had maybe hit someone. She looks up and immediately grabs her gun.

The hitmen. She pointed her gun at the pair of women in suits in front of her and with no hesitation, shoots the one on her left.

The woman stumbles to her side and clutches the gun wound on her shoulder, "Rebecca, calm down," the other woman helps her comrade up, "We're not here to hurt you, we promise."

Bex sighs heavily and stands up, still pointing her gun at the pair, "Introduce yourselves," she points to the woman on the left.

"Agent Riv," she stands up straight now, "thanks for the nice scar, asshole."

The other woman grabs one of Bex' duffel bags and hands it to her, "Agent Rue, sorry about her," Bex takes the duffel bag from Rue, "but you did kinda shoot her with no hesitation."

The pair nod at each other and look at Bex, "We're agents, we work for Master Davidson."

Bex slowly puts the gun down, "Oh, sorry about that," she picks up her other duffel bag, "can't be too safe though," Bex extends her arm to both of them, "Lovely to meet you Agent Riv and Agent Rue,"

They shake hands and nod at each other, "Was lovely meeting you too," Rue says.

"Can't say the same for me," Riv continues to clutch her shoulder, "Next time, don't go around shooting the people who saved your ass." Bex thinks for a second. No wonder the gunshots stopped.

The agents walked past by Bex, "See you soon, kid," Riv pats Bex on the shoulder, "We'll still keep watch, don't worry."

Bex starts walking again, "Thanks," both parties walk in opposite directions, backs turned and facing forwards, on to their next destinations.

Bex was walking slower now. She knows that she's in good hands by now, so she steadied her pace.

She was aiming her sights at a nearby bar, 'Red Rum.' Even with the added protection of Rue and Riv, she still needs to get inside somewhere. She needs to find a way to contact Alexander because God knows if he actually has any signal on those mountains.

She enters the meek bar and is immediately greeted by a blond on the bar, "Heya, welcome to Red Rum, where the drinks are killer, like our name reversed."
