Y/n and Tom, Tom and y/n. It had always been the two of you, plus Harrison of course. But what happens when things starts to heat up between two friends? Will they be able not to break the only rule or will their feelings get the best of them?
"Y/n come say hi to your new neighbors" your mothers soft voice was heard from the kitchen. You jumped down from the couch and turned of the tv. You started slowly walking towards the kitchen and heard a women's voice that wasn't your mothers. Besides your parents there were two other people in the room, a women and a boy standing next to her. "Hi, Im Nikki" the red headed women reached her hand out to you. But you being the shy girl you were you just pressed your self closer against your moms leg, avoiding her hand. "Come on Y/n dont be rude" your mom pushes you forward slightly. You slowly reach your hand out to shake hers. "Hi Im Tom" the boy burst out from next to his mother. You pull your hand out of the womens grip and shift your eyes to meet the boy, so called Tom. He looked to be about 10, the same age as you were. You eyes examined the boy. He had brown curly hair and and deep brown eyes. He was kind of small but still taller than you.
He took a small step towards you, a big smile plastered on his face. He really did not seem like the quiet type at all. He took your hand and dragged out to the living room. "Come on lets play" You hesitantly look back at your mom but she just nods and smiles at you.
You didn't really have a lot of friends that you hung out with except for the popular group of girls in school that you basically just followed around but you were pretty sure that they were just using you and didn't really care about you. But maybe, just maybe, Tom would like to be your friend and you wouldn't have to be lonely anymore. No more lunches sitting alone at a big table with everyones eyes on you. And no more groans when a group of friends were forced to be with you in a group project.
Would Tom be your savior? Your bestfriend no matter what? Would he be the one to help you escape all the bullying and finally make you happy.
