My breathing is heavy, the panting filling the silent road as I run down the path. Blood drips down my left thigh and head as I wrap my arms tightly around me. I am certain that I'm still in shock from what had attacked me, I don't feel the pain in my thigh and head due to the adrenaline that is running through my body but I can take care of that after.

The stars are dull in the night sky as the full moon shines brightly over me. As I breath all I can see is the mist of breath blow out into the cold night. As I come to a stop from running, I hear a load rumble coming from behind me, I start to tense up and fear takes over me as I turn and face the bright headlights, as I stand there frozen, having no control over my body. The black 1967 Chevy impala comes to a stop beside me, the driver side door opens and a man gets out, with wide eyes and a worried look as he looks me over from afar.

"Oh my god, what happened to you?" He said as he rushed over to me.

"Oh nothing Dean Winchester, just got attacked by a demon, you know the thing that always happens." I said back sarcastically with a smile.

"Come on, get in the car so we can get you cleaned up." Dean ordered as he helped me into baby. My eyes locked onto Dean as I took in his features. Dean is 6'1, has perfect green eyes, light freckles on his face and short-copped ivy-league hair that is dark blonde and damn is he sexy when he wears a plaid shirt over a t-shirt with jeans and his boots but boy  does he look even more sexy in his leather jacket.

"Hailee, did you hear what I just said"

"huh...what?"

"I just asked if your head was okay?"

"Oh yeah it's alright, my thigh is the one throbbing now that I'm no longer running."

"Here let me take a look at it." Dean said as I sit in the passager side as he kneels down to look over my thigh, where the son of a bitch demon had stabbed me.

"Ouch! Watch it!"

"Sorry, not my fault you moved while I was checking it."

"Well, be careful next time."

"Don't get hurt next time then."

"Oh yeah because in our line of work all we can do is be careful Dean." I said with a cocky smile.

"Yeah, well just be more careful please Hailee." Dean said with a worried look.

"Hey, baby I promise to be more safe when on hunts, okay?" I said, reaching to grab his hand to which I kissed.

"Good, don't want anything happening to you." He says with a small smile holding my hand still.

After Dean fixed up my thigh, we sent the  nasty demon back to hell over what seemed like forever. God let me tell you that's was a piece of work. Once that was done we set off towards Santa Clara, California to get help from Sam Winchester, Dean's younger brother who left the hunting life to go to college to become a lawyer.

Our reason why we are going to see him is because their father, John Winchester went missing during a hunt that involved a supernatural entity in the town of Jericho where he was investigating the disappearances of young man along a single stretch of road for over ten years.

"So you going to tell me more about why we are heading to get help from your brother who obviously doesn't want to be a part of this life?"

"I've told you why Hailee." Dean said slightly annoyed. Whenever a conversation about Sam comes up Dean either avoids it or gets annoyed.

"Dean, you haven't seen Sam for three years and two months. Hellhe doesn't even know your married."

"Hailee, we need he's help! End of story."

"No, not end of story Dean! We can find John on our own without Sam, you know we can."

"Look I don't want to argue with you about this Hail, okay." Dean said, grabbing my small left hand in his big one.

"I'm still not happy about this but okay." I said as Dean looked over at me, giving me his famous smile which I might say always works on me. How lucky am I to call this man my husband.

It took us two days to get to Santa Clara, California. By the time we arrived it was night time so we booked a room at this run down motel, got some food and then head to where Sam lives.

"Want me to wait in the car."

"I'll only be a few, if I need help I'll call." Dean said as he leaned over,  kissing me passionately.

"Okay, I love you." I said, smiling

"I love you too, Be right back.' He smiled before getting out of baby.

It's sad that the first time I'm meeting Sam is because of a bad situation involving his own father but also that I'll be meeting him and he doesn't even know that I'm his sister-in-law or let alone that I exist. Time starts ticking by while sitting here in baby, as much as I love her I really do miss my car.

After about half an hour I finally see Dean walking out of the building with a taller man that I'm guessing is Sam. They approach the car in a matter of seconds and from the looks of Dean, I can already tell that this is going to be one hell of a ride.

As dean gets into baby silently followed by Sam I start to realize that he hasn't noticed me in the passager side until he opens the door.

"Oh sorry didn't realize Dean would have company now."

"Umm..." I started but was cut off by Dean rudely.

"Sam, this is Hailee Winchester, My wife not just some company."

"Oh...Umm.." Sam said, standing there with the look of confusion and shook written all over his face. Pretty sure I could see the clogs and wheels turning inside his head.

"Hey." I said, holding out my hand "Nice to finally put a face to the name."

"Yeah..umm, nice to meet you Hailee." He said back shaking my hand with a smile.

"Are you going to get in or what Sammy." Dean says a little annoyed.

"Oh stop being pissy." I said as I gently tapped Dean's leg. "I finally just got to meet my brother-in-law, so shoosh!"

"You can have your chick flick moments back at the motel room. Now get in the back Hail please and get in Sam."

"Really your putting me in the back." I groaned. "Feeling the love babe."

As I climb over the seat into the back, Sam got in the passager side silently while dean started baby.

"Sorry I took your sit." Sam said, turning around as Dean drove baby towards the motel.

"It's okay, I kinda like the back seat if it means Dean has to keeps his hands of me while he's driving." I said looking into the mirror at Dean with a wink before turning away only to find Sam laughing and roll his eyes at us.

"I like her." He said, smiling at Dean and me as we make our way to Jericho.
