''Shit! Why now?'' You cursed as you took cover under your jacket.
You had a date with your boyfriend Chan since it was your one year anniversary.
You were supposed to meet him in a café just five minutes from your apartment, but as you went on your way it started to rain.

''Are you kidding me? The day i want to look decent and presentable, mother nature decided to cheat on me.'' You thought to yourself while quickly walking towards the cafe.
As you entered the cafe you took of your now soaked jacket while looking for your boyfriend.
When you saw him you walked towards the table he sat at.

''Hey babe, happy one year.'' You said and give him a kiss on his cheek.
Chan stood up with the biggest smile plastered on his face and pulled you into a hug.
''Hey, happy one year to you too.'' He said as he let you go and gave you a kiss on your lips.

You both sat down and started catching up on eachothers life.
Chan was rather busy with his dream of becoming a music producer.
He recently started his own group called '3Racha' consisting of his two best friends: Seo Changbin and Han Jisung.

You on the other hand, got into the university of your dreams. You've always had a passion for art and drawing and were finally able to do it professionally. It seemed like a dream come true but right now you were stressing out and surviving off of energy drinks and instant ramen noodles.

''So, Y/N, how's uni treating you?'' Chan asked while reaching for your hand.
You held his hand and sighed, placing your other hand under your chin.
''I'm not sure. It's really stressful and i have to finish a project in two weeks but i can't seem to get it how i want it to.'' you told him and sighed once again.

Chan looked at you and chuckled slightly.
''I'm sure you'll be just fine. You're in the top five of your school for a reason, babe.''
Hearing Chan say that made you feel less worried about school. He always knew what to say to help you be a little less stressed about things.
''I guess so if you say that.'' You said to him as you placed your free hand on top of his.

''So, how's producing going for you, Changbin and Jisung?'' You asked him, with a slight worried tone in your voice. It looked like Chan hasn't been eating and sleeping properly as he promised he'd do.
Chan looked away.
''It's been going well, eventhough we've been extremely busy. We are finally getting some recognition and were actually asked by a company to join them!'' As he said the last sentence a big smile grew on his face and he looked at you again.
''We've been asked to join a program to debut in a group, we'll be able to create music with 6 more members and we're getting along extremely well!''

Hearing that made you smile as well. He always had a passion for music ever since he was younger and this was like a dream come to for him. But eventhough it all seems so happy, it's been taking a toll on him.

Right in the middle of your convorsation a waiter puts down two caramel macchiato's. Chan thanked the waiter and looked at you again.
''Ah, i'm sorry, i already ordered something for you. I hope you don't mind.'' He said as he took a sip of his coffee.
''I don't mind, it's actually my favourite drink so thank you!'' You told him with a smile and also took a sip.

After getting the order you two talked about more things that happened in life until it was time to go. After the Café you both went to your apartment.
As you both laid in your bed you turned around to face Chan.

''I missed you a lot Chan.'' You said as you cupped his cheeks and looked him in the eyes.
He put his arms around you and pulled you closer against his chest.
''I missed you too baby, i'm glad we met up today.''
he whispered into your ear and gave you a small kiss on your forehead.

The warmth and comfort of you two laying together made you drift off to sleep.
He chuckled as he looked at you, hugging him and fast asleep.
He turned off the lamp on his nightstand and gave you a kiss on your head.
''Happy one year anniversary, love.'' He whispered once more and eventually drifted off to sleep himself.
