Hey y'all! I'm Carmella. I'm a 17 year old stagehand. I got into the business because my father has been a stagehand and rigger for years and his bosses love him.
I know that might come off as me being entitled or spoiled but being a stagehand is actually hard work and I don't expect handouts, I work hard for what I make.
