Skating

It was Saturday morning. I got up and did my usual routine for the weekend.

I got up put my house slippers on,went to the bathroom,and went downstairs.Then I ate breakfast and went back upstairs into my room. When I got back in my room I went back into the bathroom and showered. After showered I brushed my teeth.

Then I was trying to decide what I was going to wear ,because I was going to meet Jake at the beach.

I finally decided what I was going to wear.I put on my tank top, my shorts, and my VANS.

I grabbed my pink penny board and put it in my backpack and grabbed my trick board. I was skating to the beach to meet up with Jake. We were going to ride along the beach on our penny boards,then go to the skate park and practice our tricks.

So when I had everything I went downstairs,said goodbye to my mom,opened the door,closed it behind me and locked it.

I skated to the beach. I love going to the beach, it's all I do.

I go almost everyday. When I finish my homework,but on the weekends I go to the beach and skate park all day long. Jake goes with me too.

Even though I had breakfast at home I still wanted something. Then I remembered there was a Starbucks one block from the beach.

So I went into Starbucks and ordered a Venté Vanilla Bean. It came to like five something. It really didn't matter because I save my money all the time so I treat myself sometimes.

Once I got my Starbucks I was almost to the part of the beach where I meet Jake all the time.

I turned the corner while drinking my Vanilla Bean and I see Jake standing at one of our favorite stores.

I roll up to Jake and say "hi Jake"

Jake

"Hey Kate".

Then he sees I have Starbucks, he asked if he could have some. I told him sure, and gave him the cup so he could get some of the drink.

After Jake finished drinking some he handed me back the cup and said "thanks".

Then Jake says

"So are u ready to ride along the beach"?

I told him "yeah let me just switch my skateboards".

Jake

"Ok"

So I got my penny board out and put my other skateboard between the back and my backpack.

Then we started riding along the beach.

When Jake and I rid along the beach we talk about almost anything. We're best friends so we know everything about each other.

Jake asked me

"So did anything happen since yesterday"?

Me

"No not really,what about you"?

Jake

"Same here,nothing much".

Me

"You know Jake I'm really glad we're best friends,your like the only person I can really talk to".

Jake

"That's exactly how I feel about you Kate".

Me

"Have you ever thought what it would be like if we never met"?

Jake

"Nope,but I know I wouldn't be able to live without you on my life Kate".

Me

"Awwwwe Jake that's so sweet".

Kate's POV

When Jake told me that if we never met and he wouldn't be able to live without me,i just thought that was so sweet.

I've had a little crush on Jake for a while ,but I don't know if he feels the same way.

I just love his personality and everything. We also surf together so he's like a surfer dude too. He has braces, curly blondish brunette hair, and tall.

I just want to know if he feels the same way about me.

Jakes POV

I've a had a crush on Kate. We've been friends for a long time.

Kate and I do almost everything together. Literally everything.

What I want to know is if Kaye likes me back so I can ask her out. I don't know I might just take a chance and ask her out, and if she says no it shouldn't affected out friendship.

When Jake and I were skating I asked him if he wanted to go to the skat park now.

Jake "sure".

So we both switched our boards and headed to the skate park.
