Appearance:
Obsidian has long hair that reaches down to halfway down her upper arms. Like her host, she has calm eyes that instill a feeling of calmness and security in anyone who looks at her. For someone her age, her build is pretty feminine, though she doesn't have an overly large chest. Ever since moving in with Jack, she used to exercise by walking to and from school, but has since replaced that with walking around the local park as well as doing strength training workouts with (Y/n).

Biography:
Not much is known about the Shadow-dancer's demon except for the fact that she was born in Ohio and her host had a boyfriend named Will. At least until he was murdered by Bill Cipher. Ever since she was born on Friday, November 29, 2002 (which was, ironically, Black Friday, because she's not much of a shopper), she has shared a body with a human named (Y/n). When they were two years old, Ob became powerful enough to mentally communicate with her host. Ever since then, Ob has taken it apon herself to look after (Y/n) the same way a big sister would.

When they were four, they discovered their love of dancing, as well as Ob's unique power, which allows her to literally transport (Y/n) into whatever song they're listening to. It took some practice before they could effortlessly dance without bumping into anything. Even at that early age, Ob was easily able to break both rules pertaining to a demon's powers. Their parents (and most of their family) accepted them for who they are. However, they began to gain enemies. In fact, a kid in their third grade P.E. class tried to kill (Y/n), but Ob managed to intervene in time. This was also when (F/n), (O/f/n), and Alex became her friends.

Some time after Markiplier began making YouTube videos, (Y/n) and Ob made friends with a few of his alter egos, specifically, Wilford Warfstache, Silver Shephard, Ed Edgar, Host and Bim Trimmer. Then, Mark moved to Los Angeles and (Y/n) and Ob had to say goodbye to their new friends. Around this time, (Y/n) became Will's girlfriend. (FYI, this "Will" is not Wilford Warfstache.)

Shortly after "Weirdmageddon", (Y/n), Ob, (F/n), (O/f/n), Alex and Will went to Oregon, where they discovered the real-life statue of Bill Cipher. Will was dared to shake the statue's hand. Unbeknownst to them, that handshake allowed Bill to enter Will's mind.

Sometime in 2014, (Y/n) decided to introduce Will to Ob. This turned out to be a mistake as Bill Cipher, who had ended up in Will's mind, promptly took control of his new host and proceeded to kill him in front of his own girlfriend. (Y/n) and Ob were furious.

Sometime in 2015, (Y/n) introduced Alex to Ob, who proceeded to kiss the poor girl square on the lips.

On October 4, 2016, (Y/n) lost what she thought was the last of her family in a fire that destroyed her home. Ob was just as shocked and heartbroken. She also discovered that Seán McLoughlin, aka Jacksepticeye, is her host's distant cousin. The next day, she officially moved in with Jack.
