"Fiery Built! Pew Pew Pew! Let's go Ward!" Valerie Parker, 10 years old loves to play with Pokemons. Her future dream job was to be a Pokemon trainer, if you wanted to be a Pokemon trainer, you needed to first, commit to become an official pokemon trainer. Second, get your first Pokemon and catch other pokemons, than train your pokemons. And the most important thing was for the trainer to get eight gym badges. Valerie was willing to do anything for her to become a Pokemon trainer, even if it took two years to become one, she was the person that would spend two years to become a Pokemon trainer.
One day, Valerie was walking back from school, and saw an advertisement that was stuck to the announcement board. The announcement said,
"If you are interested in auditioning to be the next Pokemon trainer, come and try it out."
As soon as she saw the announcement, she took a picture of it and ran home.
"MOM!" as soon as she was home, she looked for her mom. Valerie's mom was confused because she never called her mom really excitedly. As I said before, Valerie really wanted to be a Pokemon trainer and this was one of the really rare chances that she could become a trainer. She talked to her mom about her doing the audition. At first, she said no, it would be too dangerous for a ten year old. But, Valerie didn't stop, she asked over and over again, and finally, her mom felt how serious she was about being a trainer, and said yes.
Few weeks passed and today was finally the audition day. Valerie woke up with excitement and looked at the clock. The short hand of the clock was hitting eleven! She was late for the audition!
"Mom why did you not wake me up!"
"You said, you were going to be waking up by yourself when you turned 10."
"Ughhhhhhh." Valerie ground and quickly got ready. Her day didn't start that well, but she was excited for the audition. She was singing like a bird for the whole car ride to Professor Oak's office. But when she got there, she started getting nervous,
"What if something goes wrong? What if I mess up something?" a lot of thoughts were going through her mind. She was getting really anxious. She got out of the car and knocked on the door.
"Hi, is this Valerie?" the guy that had a white lab gown and a big beard asked her.
"Yes." she answered with a very not confident voice.
"I am professor Oak, I will be auditioning you. Nice to meet you." Professor Oak was also a Pokemon trainer a long time ago. And because he was the master and the one that caught all three of the legendary Pokemons. Because of this, he became the master of all the Pokemon trainer community and that was why she was getting auditioned by him.
Valerie thought professor Oak was going to be someone that was very strict and scary that was very clean and sharp about everything, but no, it was the opposite. He was very nice, kind, and his office was a mess. Yes he was sharp about trainers but except for that, he wasn't too sharp at anything.
The audition started, they are sitting across from each other. Professor Oak starts asking a lot of questions.
"Why do you want to be a Pokemon trainer?"
"I had this dream for a long time and I love Pokemon."
"Are you sure that you are never going to give up on your Pokemon and are you going to be able to deal with the Pokemons with attitudes? If you are not, then you are welcome to go back home."
"No! Definitely, I am ready to be a Pokemon trainer. I really wanted to do this for a long time and even if the Pokemon has an attitude towards me, I am going to be helping it get better. And I am going to help the Pokemon evolve." Valerie was prepared for the questions. And because of how prepared she was, professor Oak was impressed. He knew that she was really serious about what she was doing, and he could sense that she could be one of the people that could be the next rainbow hero that could catch all the legendary pokemons like what he did.
Two days passed since the audition, somebody was calling Valerie's mom, it was Professor Oak. Her mom picked up the call,
"Hi, this is professor Oak that did the audition for your daughter. I called to tell you that she was accepted and I am delighted to work with her!" said professor Oak on the phone. Valerie was so excited, because it was something that she wanted to from ages ago. She was so happy as soon as her mom hung up, she started screaming and jumping around, and her first training session would be starting tomorrow. She would need to move in with Professor Oak. So she packed to move in.
The next day, when they were in front of Professor Oak's door, she hugged her mom and told her that she was going to miss her. The Pokemon trainer session was unpredictable. They didn't know when it was going to end, because it was different for every person. She hugged her goodbye and went into the house. Professor Oak told Valerie to have a good night rest, because from tomorrow, her training sessions would be exhausting, if you were not used to it.
Starting from today, she was going to be going to be training for her to become a Pokemon trainer. During the training session, she needed to try to catch Pokemon, battle with the Pokemon and do everything that she would actually be doing as a trainer. It took quite a bit for her to become an actual trainer, it took her about a year to become one. But she did become one and now, after training for a year, she became a trainer. And tomorrow was her first day as an actual professional Pokemon trainer, she was so excited and with the excitement, she went to bed to have a good night sleep.
Today was the first day of her actually being a trainer. She was so excited because she was preparing for this for more than a year. She was so excited and she got her bag, hat and went to the room to pick her starting Pokemon out. There were four Pokemon that were there, but the one that she chose was Ward. Ward is a fire Pokemon that starts as the weakest Pokemon, but when it evolves to the last stage, he is the strongest Pokemon.
With Ward, she experienced a lot of things together, they were close friends now. While doing what she needs to do, she also exceeds on her progress. While others are only trying to get the eight badges, she was also getting some of the legendary pokemons. And after, she got her eight badges in a year and she decides to join the Pokemon league. After doing the Pokemon league, she really wanted to continue doing her job right now, she was enjoying it. But because she had to study and do her academic things, she couldn't continue being a Pokemon trainer. But for her, it was a good experience being a Pokemon trainer for about a year and it was an experience that she would never be able to forget about.
