It was horrible.

My family and I happily played on the beach. It was our last day in Bali, so why waste it? We laughed and had so much fun. We rented a jet ski for the day, and we had a blast racing down the seas to Pulau Penyu. As we headed for the main beach, it started to rain. We ran into our rental VW and jumped in. My father drove off into the twisty roads. We ended up laughing on how we thought we were goingg to get cold when we were already wet in the first place.

It was a long drive through the twisty roads. Indonesian artists were not to my liking, but it was the only thing on the radio. It was raining heavily now, and we thought of the waste of the last day. As we neared a blinding corner, I saw bright headlamps round the corner. A truck appeared from the corner. It understeered and went into the opposite lane. Panicking, my father threw the wheel to one side. The truck missed us but the car lost control. He slammed the brakes and turned the other way. It oversteered and smashed the weak guardrails. The car went flying off the road into the slope hills. The car hit a tree down and rolled to the bottom.

People thought we were dead. I woke from my faint and looked around. Glasses were smashed. The roof buldged in. I quickly grabbed my brother's wrist to check his pulse, but it was not there. I squeezed myself between the broken roof and the front seats to feel my dad and mom's, but they were gone too. I realized that I was left for dead, by god as it seems.

I broke open the door. I tried to walk but I fell. I broke my knee caps. I tried to stand but couldn't. I laid there, and cried.
