Louis got into a car crash at the age of eleven, damaging his vocal cords and giving him a rough, scratchy voice. Everyone avoids him so they don't have to hear his voice. Teachers don't acknowledge him, and he was put up for adoption years ago.
And he still hasn't been adopted.
A boy with dyed blond hair, blue eyes and an Irish accent comes to the adoption center, and talks to Louis, noticing the fact that he was lonely. Apon hearing his voice, Louis expected him to run, but when he didn't, Louis wondered why. He'd never been shown this kindness before. It scared him.
But it also made him happy as hell.
