Dissapointment vs Disobedience

When I disobey you I never disappoint, but when I disappoint you I never disobey.
No matter what the circumstance you'd always get your way.
Speaking in your presence is a privilege I see,
Currently a silent storm rains down on me.
Disappointment is miserable because it makes my soul ache
Disobedience is easy, punishment I can surely take.
Disappointment wipes the smile from off my face,
Disobedience is the reason it was there in the first place.
When I've disappointed you it feels like a bolder is on my chest,
Resembling a panic attack, or even worse, cardiac arrest.
Disobedience brings me the special pain, that also bring pleasure.
A climax so high, no ruler could measure.
A heavy cloud of sadness placed over my head, your disappointment makes me want to cry and stay in bed.
If it were my choice I would have one, never the other because it hurts too much.
But life doesn't work that way so I might as well light up this Dutch.
