If the inner is not the outer how is the outer the inner? The Questions of a warlock are the same as the outer side, but the questions of a troll, take the part of the inner side. Its like an atoms circle, the two lines of the support for the spinning or orbiting electrons, there own balance. The outer and the iner are basically the supporting of galaxies. Their planets orbiting their suns. Their gravitational pull. As to conclude, our Question shall not be answered, maybe never answered. But the inner and the outer, stay the same. I'm sure.
