The Recruits

We walked up to the frozen man. We tried to get a good look at his face, but we couldn't see anything thing clearly. All of the sudden the ice lights on fire and starts to melt.

We see another boy on the other side of the room. He seems to have let himself on fire, but he's not burning... He walks over and introduces himself.

"Sup, I'm Voltz. That boy you just froze is Taco, he's 10 years old and is still learning the ins and out of combat" he says.

We look over at Taco, he's lying on the ground unconscious.

"Give me a sec" Voltz says and then shoots fire at Taco.

"Owwwww! What the hell was that for?" Taco says.

"Get up scrawny, time for more training!" says Voltz.

I can tell Voltz has been through hard times since he's so strict, but I can't blame him. We've all been through hard times.

I ask them if they want to help us in fighting "the revolution." Voltz says they're glad to help but that Taco will need to find a occupation that doesn't involve combat.

I tell Taco he can be an inventor which seems to make him very happy, so we got 2 new recruits!

I just hope we can find more people like them...
