"Hey Cutie, what's your name?" A senior in a Varsity jacket sauntered up to her. He was cute and he had a nice smile.

She looked around, the hall didn't have anyone female standing around the lockers. She pointed to herself and he nodded. She smiled back and continued walking to her locker.

Her navy uniform skirt reached her knees and the white tailored school shirt was her exact size. He navy blue pumps and white knee-highs with the navy double stripes under the fold showed she was a Sophmore. She'd agreed to go to a private school for high school if her dad let her jump a grade. When she tested, they were happy to put her in 10th-grade advanced classes and so she was a sophomore at Calder Prepatory. Her sister was a Senior here already and she was excited to be going to school with Allie.

The navy blue trousers teamed with the black dress shoes he wore suited his body. His tailored formal shirt had two stripes plus Senior 24k gold cufflinks. His black hair was combed back and a wave escaped, sweeping his forehead. His blue-grey eyes twinkled.

"Wait up cutie." He chuckled. She was walking faster now. He jogged a little to catch up to her his shoes tapping the glossy floors noisily.

"I'm going to be late." She pulled out her phone and tapped on the screen hurriedly. She quickly put it back into the inside pocket of the navy blazer with the school badge, two golden roaring lions delicately embroidered onto the breast pocket. She looked at the floor and kept walking.

"I don't bite." He teased grabbing her arm and stopping her. She took a step back and found herself walled in on three sides. To her right was the wall that showed the beginning of intersecting corridors, behind her the navy blue locker that lined the hall, in front of her a handsome senior.

"Come on cutie, what's your name? I know you're new." He tilted her chin up. Their eyes locked and her blood boiled.

"Tina, my name is Tina." She bit out.

"Whoa, no need to be mad, Cutie." He braced his arms on either side of her. "Only reason you could be mad is if we've met before and I messed up. Is that it?"

"You're invading my personal space. Please leave me alone." She told him firmly looking into his eyes.

"Do you have a boyfriend?"

Footsteps ran in their direction. She looked to her left and sighed. "Please go. He's going to-"

"Back off Chen, She's off-limits." Bradley pulled the Senior off of her.

Christine looked at the ground. When the silence continued too long she looked up. Bradley was holding the handsome boy away from her with one hand. The other hand was telling her to stay put.

"Dating fresh meat? On the first day of school? Back off O'Connor. I saw her first." Chen sneered.

Christine put her hands on his back. Brad was getting agitated. She massaged his back lightly.

"Tina, is this guy your boyfriend? Is he the reason you told me to leave you alone?" Chen asked looking down at her.

"Yes. Please go. He's really getting angry." She didn't bother looking up. She couldn't see over Bradley's shoulder and the boys were about the same height.

"Is she your girl or entertainment O'Connor?" Chen asked when Brad let him go.

"She's mine." Bradley turned to look at her. He inspected her face and hands for injuries. "Are you okay?" She was trembling now. He sighed as she nodded. He opened his arms and she clung to him. "Let me walk you to your locker and first class." He kissed the top of her head and put his hand on the small of her back as he turned her around.
