The story begins with Kiryuu Ren, also known as Kamen Rider Beastleo, trapped inside a dimension filled with nothing but darkness as he walks around, afraid but he saw a green haired figure that is actually Green Heart, his mother, but was she actually Green Heart? Or maybe an illusionary nightmare, as he walks closer yet slowly but right before he mention her name....
Ren: M-mother...?
Right after he called her mother, a green haired figure pulled the string, letting her hair down, changing from green to pearl white, scaring him away, knowing that it was merely an illusion caused by an unknown figure
Ren: You're not my mother!!
Who are you!!!???
???: Me? I am your worst nightmare!
Now, become one with me... the Conquest Gem!
Then Ren suffers endlessly with her laughing evilly as he roars in pain, but he woke up after he felt something bad but it turned out it was just a nightmare as he sighs in relief, even Iris Heart hears him when she was asleep
Ren: A dream, huh...?
Iris Heart: Hmmm...?
You alright, sweetie?
Ren: I hope so...
Iris Heart: Well, it's just a dream, hun...
Go back to sleep...
Ren: Alright...
Then both of them goes back to sleep as the opening of this story starts with the instrumental ending of Befall as the title is shown
One morning, both Another Kabuto and Another Noire showed up but infected by one of the Honkai invaders, rampaging the city with countless of citizens screaming and running with fear, but not as long as Geiz, Woz and Sougo arrives
Sougo: Another Riders!
Geiz: But something's definitely wrong with them!
There's some kind of that white infestation around them!
Woz: According to this book, there's no record on an unknown threat...
But we will have to finish this once and for all
The battle starts as Sougo takes out both Zi-O and Neptune Ridewatch, Geiz taking out his own and Noire's Ridewatch and Woz taking out Hirotune Miridewatch
"ZI-O! NEPTUNE!"
"GEIZ! NOIRE!"
"HIROTUNE!"
Then all three of them sets them into their own Drivers as both Sougo and Geiz spins their Ziku Drivers and Woz pushing it in
"ACTION!!"
All 3: Henshin!!
"RIDER TIME!! KAMEN RAIDAA ZI-O!! ARMOR TIME!!"
"Henshin!! NEPTUNE!!"
"RIDER TIME!! KAMEN RIDER GEIZ!! ARMOR TIME!!"
"Next System, Access!! NO~WA~RU~!!"
"TOUEI!! FUTURE TIME!!"
"TSURANUKU!! KIRISAKU!! KIRRU!! FUTURING HIROTUNE!! HIROTUNE!!!"
After they're transformed, they rushed to battle both the infected Another Kabuto and Another Noire with their punches that strikes one another but kept fighting even the both of them were stronger when infected
Geiz: I don't know what those "things" are, but we will send them back to where they came from!
Both of them: Right!!
Later, they pressed 2 buttons and spins their driver for the finisher attack while Woz pulls out and pushes it back
"FINISH TIME!! NEPTUNE!!"
"FINISH TIME!! NOIRE!!"
"BEYOND THE TIME!!"
Then they strike both the infected Another Kabuto and Another Noire with their own finisher as Woz slashes them with the purplish flame blade as the both of them exploded
"JIGEN TIME BREAK!!"
"NANAME TIME BURST!!"
"MURASAKI HONOO GIRI!!"
Sougo: I'm glad that's over!
Geiz: Not yet!
Woz: Geiz's right! Look!
Woz pointed at something coming their way, which is all of the infected Another Riders except Kakogawa Hiryuu, A.K.A Another Zi-O II
Geiz: Kakogawa Hiryuu.....
Sougo: He's behind all this?
Kakogawa Hiryuu: It's been a while, Tokiwa Sougo!
And I am surprised to see all the Another Riders infected with some Honkai infestants
And I must say they grew stronger than before
And now there's nothing you can do to stop me!
Sougo: I guess we should take them down at once...!
Kiryuu Ren: Not without me, you can't!
Once all of them heard his voice, both Ren and S-Sha arrived to the scene right beside Sougo and the others, as Hiryuu was angered
Kakogawa Hiryuu: Who are you?
Ren: Ren! Kiryuu Ren! Son of Green Heart! And I am Kamen Rider Beastleo!
S-Sha: Kamen Rider Enix, wielder of the power of the Dark Riders!
after they introduced themselves, that impressed him right before he commanded all of them to charge into them at once with one snap of the finger, as the infected Another Riders charged towards all the Riders
Kakogawa Hiryuu: Hooo~ Interesting!
Get them!
Right before all the infected Another Riders charge, both Ren and S-Sha takes out their Ridewatches
"BEASTLEO!! SCORPIOWORM!!"
"ENIX!! DARK KABUTO!!"
After the press of the button, they set it into the driver and spins it, before they were transformed
Both of them: Henshin!!
"RIDER TIME!! KAMEN RIDER~!!! BEASTLEO~!!!! ARMOR TIME!!!"
"*Scorpioworm's growl noise* SCORPIOWORM!!"
As he transforms, his Armor bears the resemblance of Scorpioworm and the weapons attached to the arms
"ARMOR TIME!!"
"Change Beetle!! DARK KABUTO!!"
But as she transforms, her armor bears the resemblance of Dark Kabuto
After they have transformed, they and the other 3 Riders charged forward to battle as they fight each other like an all out war but for Geiz, Woz and Sougo, they decided to Armor Change into Zi-O>Fourze, Geiz>Blanc and Woz Ginga Wakusei
"ARMOR TIME!!"
"3-2-1! FOURZE!!"
"ARMOR TIME!!"
"Ikuze!! BLANC!!"
"Touei! Finaly Time! Sui-kin-chi-ka-moku-do-ten-kai! Uchu nya konna ni arunkai! Wakuwaku Wakusei! GingaWakusei!"
Woz: Let's finish this quickly!!
All: Yeah!
After Woz tells them that they will finish this quickly, all agrees as all of them pushes the button and spins the Driver for their finisher attacks that strikes all the infected Another Riders, even Kakogawa Hiryuu
"FINISH TIME!!"
"FINALY BEYOND THE TIME!!"
"LIMIT TIME BREAK!!"
"BLASTER TIME BURST!!"
"CLOCK TIME CRUSH!!"
"CLOCK TIME RAGE!!"
"Sui-kin-chi-ka-moku-do-ten-kai Explosion!!"
Once their finisher strikes them, all the Another Riders has exploded, but leaving Hiryuu down but not dead and out
Kakogawa Hiryuu: Tch! Guess I should make a retreat for now!
Let's call it a day for now, Tokiwa Sougo! Consider this as a draw!
But I'll be back to finish what I could not!!
Then Hiryuu uses his ability to make a hasty retreat but at the same time, the invasion of the Honkai began, ruled by an unknown threat
Geiz: The invasion has begun....!
As the invasion started, the legion of Honkai invaders descend down to the ground and destroys the earth with citizens running for their lives as the 5 of them witnessing the world destruction
Sougo: Those aren't Another Riders...?
Ren: No! They're Honkai Invaders...!
The story ends as the world is under destruction with the eyecatch of all 5 Ridewatches shown

Sougo: We gotta stop these invaders!
???: Don't you remember, Ren?
I am everywhere!
Then multiple illusions of an unknown threat appears everywhere around him as he punches the mirror in anger
Ren: Shut up!!
Then later, an unknown threat appeared before them, with an appearance of a white hair, and gold eyes with yellow light wings as she introduced herself
God Kiana: I am Kiana, God Kiana! The 5th Herscherr of the Void!
Ren: You're the one from my nightmares!!
