i really need to explain his backstory more lmao
its kinda long but the short version is;
damian was born in poverty, taken in by King because of his stealth and ability to steal without getting noticed. blah blah he grows up to become a renown surgeon and fights the wvvrym and looses his left leg. blah blah time passes and Damian is sent to a Slyn Auction by King and !!!! its not a good one!!! he sees people selling his kind (koyange) so what does he do? he buys a girl with the intentions of making her life better because he saw himself in her. so blah blah he does sneaky things for King, takes care of the girl (who is literally just a year younger than him, shes just Tiny) and he lets her choose her name since she was always just called 'Cat', so she chooses Emmelle, based off of an old Ael story. blah blah theyre partners in crime, getting justice by,, o f f i n g the bad guys and happily ever after, and hes also the parent of Greta and Jasper lmao
