Parker's POV

"Come on Parker!!! We're gonna be late for the last day of school!!! If you don't hurry up I am going to leave you here." Ugh why does Anne have to be like this?!?! She knows I can't run. "Alright alright I'll try to speed up but I'm blaming you if I have an asthma attack!" I yelled back at her which slows her down, thank god. "Alright sorry but please be a little quicker? But don't hurt yourself okay?" I didn't know what to think it was just typical Anne, always in a rush.

I almost didn't survive through the afternoon I already got in trouble for not paying attention. I just couldn't wait to get out of this hell hole. I even spent the whole lunch hour sitting in the janitors closet which is the only place I could go to escape the comments about my sexuality and from being pounded to a pulp by Connor (my bully 😒). I liked my last class which was art and our teacher just let us hang out and relax during the last hour of the whole school year. Instead of taking a nap like the others, I decided to text Anne and watch the clock tick, second by second, minute by minute until the bell finally rang. I ran out the door trying to get away from Connor but it was useless, he was already at the main exit and I ran for the other exits but his words stopped me, "Don't even try Parker, all the exits are blocked by my friends." He smirked as he started approaching me dangerously. I panicked and tried to run out the window but I knew that would take too long, so I just stood there flinching at every footstep he took towards me. "What are you gonna do now? Huh parker? Or should I just start calling you a slut?" I started to feel my eyes sting as he dragged me out of the school taking me to the forest nearby.

"Please Connor please don't!" I pleaded as my eyes started to feel prickly. I felt tears slide out of my eyes as I felt someone grab my hands and tie them to a nearby tree. I started to panic, scrambling for air as I felt I solid fist connect with my stomach. I wanted to scream but I couldn't, all that would come out was a little gasp that you wouldn't even hear if your face was right beside mine. "Oh this is gonna be the best summer ever. You better be scared bitch! I'm here to make your summer worst." He yelled as his fist connect with my eye his friend joined in soon after that hit, I felt. My stomach being beaten to a pulp and I felt my knees go weak and I fall to the ground as Connors friend untied me leaving me to fall on the ground with a thud. I felt my vision getting blurry as I felt a kick to my stomach knocking the wind out of me. I felt my vision getting blurry as punches were thrown to my face, I tasted blood as I felt my vision getting blurry and they left me one more punch to my already swollen eye and the last thing I heard before I blacked out was Anne.
