Earth. Billions of years old, home to thousands. Humans and animals live in harmony, the origin of their lives unknown to them. Most believe in some sort of god or celestial being, though they still don't understand how or why the Earth came to be. The thing is, nobody does. Not even the Celestials know how it came to be. We have always been. And, as is expected, we get bored up here. Many leave, going to Earth for whatever reason. Some go to feel powerful, others to simply coexist. And some go to find love. The issue is that humans and Celestials are not meant to be together. It is a forbidden union, one that risks ending life as we know it. I was born of one of these forbidden unions, my mother cast out of her community in the Above once I was born. My entire life is a mistake, a sin. And now I have to decide. Stay in the Above, but be cast out of all communities. Or made to leave the Above, all memories of my life to this moment erased, and live my life as a human, never to enter the Above again.
