Chanhee's father and Min Young's Sister were in the cafe talking, while Edawn, Min Young, and Chanhee were sitting in the car.
"Wait? What's going on? Is something going on?" Chanhee says questioning both of them.
"Actually Chanhee, I have to tell you something..." Min Young looking at Edawn then back at Chanhee.
"I haven't told you this because, then you would have been in danger, because of me." She says putting her head down "This is a secret, you can't tell anyone else, it's just between us and our family." She takes a big sigh.
"When we were living in America, we moved to 12 states running from the people who claimed to have some debt held against my family, it was made between my father and some dealer. Halmonee was the only one left to point fingers to, and when we were in California, they found us threatening that they would hurt us. So Halmonee was able have saved enough money for us to fleet to South Korea. The police weren't even helping, and after Halmonee died she left everything in place for us to hide and live like a normal family."
"Wait?! So your parents? It wasn't actually an car accident was it?" She asked Chanhee.
"They were only trying to protect Min Young..." Edawn says to Chanhee
Min Young begins to get emotional, but holds it in. "Today...they've gotten far to knowing where I'm going to school?"
"They were following yo-? You could have told me? I'll take them to the police myself!" She says angrily.
"I didn't wanna put you into danger! Chanhee, you understand?!" Holding her shoulders.
"Min Young! I won't let anyone do anything to you! Ok! I'll protect you!" She hugs Min Young. "You have my word!" She sits up straight.
Chanhee's appa opens the car door "ok you ready?" He ask Edawn.
"Yeah..."
Jihyun opens the back car door "ok come one Min Young, bye Edawn, bye Chanhee." She hugs them.
"Remember my cell is always on! Call me if anything is going on! Ok! I have night sift today!" He tells both Min Young and Jihyun.
"Okay!" They Both shout waving as they leave.
"Bye!"
