No one POV:
It was a dark day.As if the brightest of the sun was covered up by a thick black cloud taking the happiness away.Everyone was at the base sulking.Even Unicron,a very non-emtional guy infront of people,was at the brige of tears.The children just sat on the couch infront of the TV while Jack's mom tried to cheer them up along with Agent Fowler."Do you think it'd be best if we leave the news to later?" Asked Ratchet.Optimus looked at his medic then looked back toward Unicron."I think with the condition towards Unicron it might be the best option." Optimus said looking back at Ratchet.Ratchet nodded looking at everyone else."By tonight we should tell them...after your mission of course." Ratchet said looking at Optimus again."Alright." Optimus agreed and went to his berthroom to have some recharge.He hasn't had it in a while since the journey to save NeonFox.
~Timeskip to tonight~
It was quite at the base.Ratchet was alone working on one of his projects as well as trying to come up with a way to break the news to everyone tonight.The children decided to have a sleepover and notified their parents,who hesitantly agreed,that they would be staying at their friend WolfD's house.So when everyone came back Ratchet and Optimus would wake up the children and break the truth to them.
As Ratchet was working he absent mindedly looked over to the recharging form of Unicron who was face-in-arms next to NeonFox.Ratchet gave a sad sigh in thought of how Unicron would react,but was inturrupted by a groan.At first he thought it might be one of the children but then he remembered their quite far from the main area.Or something like that.Then he looked at Unicron but saw he didn't move.When Ratchet turned back to his work he heard a light 'agh' noise from where Unicron was.But it was still not Unicron.He decided to go closer......
