Sam's P.O.V

I was so panicked. I didn't know what to do with myself.

I paced back and forth as they loaded Bella onto the ambulance. Paul was doing his best to calm me down and it helped a little but not so much at the same time. 

One of the EMT's walked up to Paul and I, which caused me to stop pacing.

"Are you related to this young woman?" The man asked.

"Yes, she's like a little sister to us!" Paul lied right through his teeth. He couldn't stand Bella and we all knew that.

"Well would one of you like to ride with her, I'm sure it would help if she had someone she was close to?!" He offered. 

I nodded my head 'yes' and walked forward. I turned and looked at Paul.

"Follow us and call the others to the hospital, please?!" I practically begged.

"Of course, go make sure she's okay!" Paul said as I ran to the ambulance and got in. 

We sped off toward the hospital and the whole way I looked at Bella. She had cuts and bruises had started to form already. I put my head in my hands.

(Time skip the ride to the Hospital)

Paul's P.O.V

As soon as Sam got on the ambulance. I ran into the woods, removed my clothes and shifted.

I howled for all my pack brothers and sister to hear. Not too long I started to hear voices in my head asking 'what's happened' 'is there a leech' 'why did you howl'.

(When I write the wolves thoughts, I'll turn it bold and italic)

 'Shut up, all of you'-Paul

Everyone was quiet.

'Bella has been in a car accident and Sam has asked us to come to the hospital especially, you Black'-Paul

'Oh my god, what happened!'-Seth 

'Is she okay?' -Embry

'I don't know but we're about to find out!' -Paul

(The end of thought conversation)

I phased out and got changed. I walked to Sam's truck and I drove off toward the hospital. I was pissed because I had to go to the hospital to see if a girl that I despised was okay.

I made it to the hospital in record time. Best go and get it over with.

I walked through the doors and went to the receptionist. "Hi, how may I help you?" She asked me.

"I'm looking for a patient that has recently came here, her name is Isabella Swan!" I said. 

She typed something on the computer. "She's in surgery right now but she has a room, it's room number 160!".

I grunted in thanks and walked to find room 160. Once I found the room, I walked in and I saw Sam sitting in one of the chairs in there.

"Hey, you okay!" I asked my alpha.

He nodded his head 'yes'. "I promised you know...." he started as he shook. "I promised Lita, I promised I'd protect her little girl and I failed her!".

Before I could say anything the pack busted through the door.

"Is she okay? Where is she?" Jake said as he through questions at Sam.

"She's in surgery right now but it's nothing big just a little internal bleeding." Sam explained.

Jake was instantly relieved. I just rolled my eyes.

The pack were talking among themselves until we all smelled the one thing we truly hated, Leeches.

The leech walked in and automatically knew what he walked into. He walked up to Sam but before he could come closer I stepped in front of my alpha, growling and snarling.

"Paul, it's okay!" 

I stepped aside, letting the leech pass. "Sam, I'm Bella's doctor Carlisle Cullen." The leech said as he stuck out his hand to shake Sam's hand and he took it.

"I know who you are, how is she?!" Sam said showing no emotion.

"She's just fine, she should be here any minute now." He said. 

Right after he said that Bella was pushed through the door. She was asleep which in my case was a good thing. I hated the bitch.

I didn't notice Carlisle had left already.

"I think we should call her sister!" Sam said breaking the deafening silence. 

"Don't she'll spazz out over nothing!" 

We all turned and saw Bella wide awake. "Bells, how do you--" Jake got cut off.

"I'm doing just fine so now all of you can leave since none of you like me or even know me!" She said with nothing but venom in her voice.

"Bells, please li--" Jake tried again.

"LEAVE NOW!!" She shouted. 

This is gonna be hell.
