In a corner of the building, there's a woman standing in there while doing some works, her wavy black hair was tied with ponytails style, she wore a white blouse and a dark skirt making her slim body more attractive and beautiful. She was doing some photocopy while humming a happy song. She was Celine.

Celine has started working 1 week ago after the talk in grandpa's study, now she works as an office girl doing some odd job and other stuff, but she never complains about it rather she was happy with it. The people around her gave her a nickname as the active girl because she always moving and running, she did not take it into her heart though rather she likes it.

Nobody knows about her as the heiress of the company, of course there still a few who knows about her identity, such as the human resource manager and grandpa personal assistant, when the two of them saw her, they still respect her and nodding to her reminding her that she is the heiress and one day she will be on top of them, even though she cannot deny it but it was fun to have a small little secret between the two of them.

Celine, couldn't help but smiling when she thinks about it but suddenly she remembers about Emily, talking about her, she already makes some investigation about her and her private investigator also did give her some helping hand to her about Emily.

Emily Knight, an orphan, was adopted by the Knight family when she was 10 years old, but life didn't go well with the Knight when their business suddenly went down and making their life much more miserable than before, they sell houses and property to pay back to the debtors and bank and finally the Knight family become broke and in debt this had made Emily change her characters.

She became wicked, calculative and a schemer, she makes everything so she could hold some money and buy the things she want, of course, Celine could not blame Emily 100%, she understands that if you are a kid, and raised in a silver spoon for a few years and then suddenly you have to eat using a dirty spoon, of course, a kid personally would be change.

But then she met William and got pregnant when she was 17 years old, at that time William already starting to follow his father and helping out in their company, at first William's family did not agree when William wants to take Emily as his wife but then a twist of fate unravelled in front of her, she thought that this matter is simple but looks like it was deeper than she thought.

Flashback

"You giving me this because...?" Celine asks while taking a thick envelope from Luke, the private investigator she hired a few days ago. Luke just gave her a grin; he drinks the coffee and didn't mutter anything.

Not waiting for Luke to open his mouth Celine open the envelope and took out the things inside the envelope. Inside was a paper and a few pictures and some undeveloped picture, but what's makes her in question is the hospital record which had Emily's name in there. Out from curiosity, Celine opens the records and read it.

When she finished reading it, she was in a daze, her feelings jumbled up and down it was like she was in a rollercoaster ride.

"She had a miscarriage when she was 14 years old, she was raped by her adopted father and conceive, when her adopted mother finds out about it she blames her for seducing her husband and throw her out from the house, that's when she met a nice grandma who is willing to take care of her and that grandma is William's nursemaid.

William fell in love with her but he promised that he will take her all when she becomes his wife, thinking about it, Emily becomes afraid because she was not a virgin anymore, so she traps William down and drugs him up so he will sleep with her and it became fruitful when Emily gets pregnant. Unfortunately, she had an Ectopic pregnancy, so the doctor suggested Emily and William to abort the baby, but after the abortion, the doctors find out that her womb cannot give birth anymore due to some complications." Luke spoke while looking at Celine. He sips his drink and continues.
