Sorry for the painfully long hiatus!  ; )

I'm on it again, this book isn't dead or anything. Sometimes I just need awfully big amounts of time to continue writing...

Also sorry for this part may be a little bit short.

***********************************************************************************

Multiple days went by and nothing happened. Once in a while you heard footsteps from outside your cell, but they always just passed by. Sometimes you heard others being taken out of their cells – sometimes even forcefully. The walls were soundproof but the doors surely enough weren't. You wondered what was going on and if they gave a sh*t about you anymore.

Another day went by – nothing happened.

A whole week went by – nothing happened.

You already thought they'd just leave you to die, but if so, why would they keep providing you food? Did they forget about you? Or did you end up being useless to them? And if so, then why won't they just kill you already?!

More days went by. The note on your table now had transformed into a tiny ship out of paper. One wall had been used to count the time you already spent here. Every carved in line resembled one day of this hell.

Heck, it was so boring, you didn't know how much longer you could go without any sort of entertainment or task. Like mentioned before, you weren't able to tell exactly how many days passed, because you didn't have access to any kind of clock or calendar and you didn't quite remember when you started with the carving.

You'd probably just die from absolute boredom soon and there was nothing you could do about it.

The only thing you could do was thinking your whole life over, so you did that, while restlessly walking up and down the room so you didn't have to sit all the time. You knew, there was no hope of getting out and you didn't know if they would ever let you out again...

After an eternity – you thought that about three weeks had passed at this point, but you really weren't sure – you heard two people walk through the corridor. They didn't say anything, but you heard two sets of steps seemingly walking at mostly the same pace. The steps grew closer and you didn't expect them to head to your cell, but they did!

The excitement inside you rose with every step that brought them closer to your cell. After a while the steps stopped right in front of your cell's metal door. Your heart raced as you awaited your doom...
