Hello everyone again.Today, I am going to review on my other friend's OC that my friend, PhoenixStudios8and I have been planning but this time, this one is an updated addition as an update from Kamen Rider Zi-O just came out for a long time and yesterday if you guys have watched Episode 43. So, without further ado, let's get this OC started by introducing to you once again, PhoenixStudios8 OC by the name of 'Chihiro Tokiwa'.
