Survived, but different than before [Citizen Z/Simon X Reader]

Explosion and Death?

"Simon! Come on! Lets go!" You yelled at Simon as he was looking at the monitors helping Delta X Ray Delta while everyone else was loading up the plane and getting ready to take off and leave Camp Northern Light. Simon just shook his head and took a quick glance at you.

"No (Y/N) I can't. Not yet at least. I have to help Delta X Ray." He said looking back at the monitors. You've liked Simon since the first time you meet him so the thought of leaving him behind hurt you and killed you inside. So you sighed and sat down next to Simon with him giving you a shocked, worried, surprised, and confused face.

"What are you doing?!" He asked you and you looked at him like it was obvious.

"If your staying then I'm staying to." You said and Simon shook his head.

"No (Y/N)! Go! You need to go! Now!" Simon yelled and you both yelled and argued for a while until you gave in.

"Fine!" You yelled and got up running to the door until stopping. You turned around and run back over to Simon and turn him towards you in his chair. And before he could say anything you kissed him and he tensed up before relaxing and kissed back. After a couple seconds you pulled away and put your forehead on his and looked into his eyes.

"I love you Simon" You said with a small smile as Simon pecks you on the lips.

"I love you too (Y/N). Now go." He said and you nodded and ran out to the plane. Then they were about to leave and you argued with them about how Simon wasn't there yet but they still took off and you were crying like crazy as they took off without Simon and you couldn't stop them. Meanwhile Simon watched in horror as the plane takes off and then came falling down and crashed into the snow covered ground.

"(Y/N)...." He whispered sadly while crying as the plane blew up along with you.
