One morning in the middle of the school year, (Y/N) woke up a little later than normal causing her brother to yell up at her, "Baby Sister!" Garroth called.
"Coming Big Brother!" She said running to the stairs without realizing that her cut, now ranging from the tip of her eyebrow to right under her bottom eyelid, was not covered with her makeup.
"Baby sister... what happened to your eye?" Garroth looked at her in horror not knowing what was happening while Zane and Vylad just watched the encounter surprised. Zane knew about the cut, just not how long. She starts stuttering, but then runs off to her room and comes out a minute later with the cut covered.
"Sorry if I scared you guys, I was trying special effects makeup last night and I guess I didn't take it off. Heh." As the school day went on, (Y/N) was so excited for fourth hour. She couldn't focus in her third hour French class because she wanted to talk to Garroth about how her day was going, which was going great other than the encounter with Laurence, whom she was still angry with. She was on her way to find Garroth at their normal meeting spot, but he was talking to his friends and heard something she didn't want to hear. She wanted to talk to Zane or Vylad about it, but they were saying the same things. So she decided to be petty and sat in the middle of a group of people in Fourth hour so Garroth couldn't sit by her.
He walking in and saw her sitting in a seat with not one open next to her. He was confused, "Sorry Garroth, couldn't save you a seat." He knew that if she said that he was coming someone would have left him a seat.
"But (Y-Y/—" he started but was interrupted by the teacher.
"Garroth sit, class is starting!" Their teacher yelled.
He gritted his teeth while walking away mumbling to (Y/N), "We will have a talk about this later, baby sister."
After school (Y/N) was hanging out by the bleachers with her boyfriend, Gene, and the shadows knights, which consisted of Sasha and Zenix along with Gene and (Y/N) of course. Garroth went around looking for her and when he found out that she was with them he about blew a fuse, "baby sister?"
She just turned and scoffed at him then turned back. He had enough of her attitude today and yelled, "(Y/N)!"
In that instance Gene saw her go pale and drop to the ground and starting crying out of fear of a beating that she was used to.
"Garroth, Why are you so dense?" Gene yelled and motioned to the shadow knights to deal with Garroth while he bent down to support the poor depressed girl. She starts mumbling stuff about studying and she wasn't doing anything else, "It's okay hun, Genes here." She looked up at him and hugged him and stopped crying feeling safe in his arms. She stood up and gave him a kiss, much to Garroth's displeasure, and said bye to her friends then started walking. Garroth tried to talk to her, but she just ignored him until the last time when all of her brothers asked she just responded with, "Go. Away."
She then walked on to her tutor's house, stood to more beatings and went home.

When she got home, she placed a knife to her eye lower and deeper.
"Shit." (Y/N) grimaced because of the burning sensation in her eye along with how much blood leaked out.

Sorry about that last bit if you are uncomfortable with that kind of stuff, but if you are doing that please don't. There is a light at the end of the tunnel I promise, but until then keep strong!
