I feel this two would just be to busy  so when you can over with cake and there favorite food/snacks and drinks they'd be confused  so you'd have to remind them

Donghun & wow :
Donghun wouldn't for get his B-day he just didn't check what day it is same thing with wow they'd probably realize when you came with a cake and all there favorite foods and drinks

I doubt this boy would ever forget his birthday he'd help you get his favorite foods and drinks and cake and go to the dorm and celebrate with you and the other members
