Distant and aware,
lonely eyes that stare,
thoughts of the love broken past,
heart beats slow and fast,
rewind and move forward,
voices left unheard,
alone yet present,
quiet but loudly unpleasant,
love far and wide,
even if not returned on my side,
fear and determination,
leap of faith without hesitation,
human with skin,
