Our friendships suck. We are over stressed. Half of us cry from the drama. Most of us keep secrets. Things should be llke they should have been 2 months ago, where everything was perfect before Jayden and Zoey split in two. Then that's when things crashed into a pit of oblivion. Eli and I became in the middle of everything. I, most of the time gave out advice to Jayden and somewhat to Zoey. I listened and understood but, half of time I felt like what I was saying wasn't right. I still keep secrets from most of them that I want to tell but, never finding right place and time. So I sigh, getting up and ready for school, hopefully thinking it was going to be just a normal day and we'll have no drama what so ever. I get alot of things wrong.
I got myself dressed and did my hair, combing it over to the side as usual and brushed my teeth. I ran out the bathroom, told my mom and Erik bye and then raced down the stairs, to the garage and to my bike. I rode off into the morning and go to the giant bridge, starting to walk over it when I felt my phone buzz in my pocket.
Jayden: Wake up *Nudges you slightly*
Me: I am up. I'm halfway across this giant bridge.
Jayden: Good.
I sighed, riding down the bridge and on my way to school, still hoping this was going to be better then all the other days I've had. I looked at the school building and then all the other kids walking inside. I trugded my bike to the racks and locked it up, waiting for my 2 best friends, Brandon and Gabe.
"HURRY UP!" I said, waiting unpatiently as usual. "I'm coming, just hold on!" Gabe called back, attempting to run to me.
Jayden: WHERE YOU BE?
I went inside without Gabe and went to where we all sat. I walked down the hall, passed Dylan, Henrick, Eli and Jonathan. I came across Zoey trying to talk to Jayden. I knew all to well that she wasn't getting anywhere.
"Come sit over here!" said Jayden, pointing to the other side of him. I sat down and then texted him back.
Me: I'm sorry, I'm not here yet. I'm with the woodland elves and Frodo Baggins, traveling to some distant land that's full of magic.
He laughed and smiled at me and I smiled back, maybe today was going to be better then the lasts.
Jayden: She's trying to be friends with me and I just want her to leave me alone.
Me: Then tell her that!
Jayden: I've tried. She just doesn't listen.
Me: Be nice about it please.
The bell rang and we all got up. I ended up walking to my locker by myself as somewhat usual. I put my stuff into my locker and started to walk to English when I overheard Zoey and London talking about Jayden and I, texting and how she knew. I somewhat locked eyes with her as I walked down the hall into the class when London came in behind me.
"Hey, Naomi? Could I ask you a question? It's about Zoey.." Wow, you actually want to talk to me again,
"Sure?"
"So Zoey knows that you and Jayden were texting down stairs and I just want to know if I can look at the messages.."
I nearly freaked out. Jayden and I were dating at that time and Zoey, of course with this drama didn't know at first. "He just said that He wanted nothing to do with her and he want her to leave him alone.. Hah, that's all..."
"Are you sure?"
I nodded quickly and went to my seat, Frick frack.... that was painful.
Everything was painful.
