Amaria's POV:

Two Months Later

I knew it was stupid of me to shift in front of a pack of wolves who despised me and wanted me dead but it was my only chance of escape and I knew it was going to bite me in the butt eventually but I'll cross that bridge when I get to it. It's been exactly two months since I ran away and I had recently acquired myself an apartment.
You see, before crossing the pack borders I stole a duffel bag of money from the Alpha's hiding spot-- under ground-- why he didn't put his money in a bank like a normal person was beyond me but I couldn't care less because it was the reason why I was able to rent this place. After I ran away I ran for a couple days before ending up here. I didn't know if it was someone's pack land but seeing as all the people I've seen so far were all human I'd assumed it was not. I figured I'd just pretend to be human while I'm here. It will be hard to find me because no one knew what a tiger shifter smelt like.
I'd also dyed my hair dark red with black highlights and wore dark brown contact lens for extra precaution. It was different from my normal dark brown hair and light brown eyes but I looked good so what the heck right? Now I just have to get a job before all the money runs out. I had already spent some of it on clothes, house supplies and groceries.
Not to mention that the new school semester starts into two days. My tiger,Selena added.

Yeah, that too..... Wait WHAT! School starts in two days?! How did I not know this? Better yet how did you know this? I asked surprised.
I listen to random people's conversations. It's a habit of mine. I heard two girls talking about it. You really need to register and buy school supplies, and more clothes. It's your first time going to school in three years, you have to come out with a bang!

I think I'm going to be sick. I barely remember what school is like,I don't know how since it's only been three years, but I'd forgotten about going back.
If you're going to live by yourself you're going to have to go to school and get a better education so you can get a good job in the future. She stated. She has a point.

Fine,I'll go register now. I  replied, running a hand through my now red and black hair, sighing as I thought about going back. I mean,I'm excited but from what I've heard from my ex pack members, school was stressful the higher up in grade you go but seeing as I never had a problem with learning, it couldn't be that bad.

After checking out the school and registering myself I decided to go to the mall for some school supplies and new clothes, not because I wanted to but because Selena threatened to take away my stash of chocolate bars. I might be almost eighteen -- in a few months-- but I still have a sweet tooth. The amount of chocolate bars in there is enough to give a human a major case of diabetes and a couple hundred pounds. Thank goddess for tiger metabolism.
After I finished shopping,I hopped onto my boyfriend-- my sexy bike Lucas-- and headed home.
Upon arriving I unpacked the bags and shoved random books in my school bag, I'd also collected my rental books but not my timetables so I decided not to bring any textbooks just in case I brought the wrong ones.
I made myself a small dinner of waffles with pancake syrup and milk. Yes I'm aware those are breakfast foods but who cares right?
After eating I retired for the night, falling asleep as my head hit the pillow.

School tomorrow. Yay!(that was sarcasm by the way)
