Chapter 1: Welcome to The Great Apple Academy

It was a fine evening with a big rainbow in the sky and kids were playing in the beautifully mowed green lawn. Everyone seemed happy and the environment was filled with peals of laughter and giggles. There was a very old and huge apple tree just in the middle of that lawn.Driya was wondering what is this place? and how is she here?

She was moved by a sound a kid just next to her, she said – "excuse me" but he acted like Driya wasn't there. Driya tried to asked other kids but they all ignored her. Or maybe she was invisible to them!

Driya saw one kid changed her dress color from green to yellow with some magic. She curiously went to her but since she was invisible to her, that kid didn't notice Driya. Driya interestedly watched the whole game and found- They were playing game name 'chase color' where one will call out a color name and kids had to cast the correct spell to turn their dress into that color before being caught. So, it's MAGIC!!!!! She wondered more about her presence here. Then she saw another game where kids were casting a spell to fish some creatures from a mini pond like snails, turtle, fish, crab...

By this time, she had realized that this was some magical place. But how is she here? Is she dreaming? Did she read harry potter to sleep? Her mind was exploding with questions, but she wasn't freaking out, she was enjoying her dreamy magical adventure. Afterall she has always believed in magic and miracles.

Driya is a 12-year-old pretty face girl who is very optimistic towards everything in her life and a strong believer in magic, her beautiful green eyes were expressing the pleasure she was having in exploring this 'dreamland'. This is how she is addressing this place as of now. Everything was there so magical; she was wondering if she has landed in Hogwarts!!Then she suddenly felt a hand on her shoulder, she turned and saw a man, an extremely handsome one!!

"Hello Driya Locaste, I'm Nemam, one of your mentors."

Driya asked in surprise – "Mentor? What is this place? Is this Hogwarts? why can't anyone see me? Why and how am I here?"

Nemam smiled and said- "well, no greetings? only questions? "

"oh, sorry! Hello Nemam, Actually I'm kind of freaking out with everything around, it's not that I don't want to be here. It's my dreamland. But I am puzzled with my presence in this magical land.""I understand your curiosity and confusion; you will get to know everything along with your batch mates. ""Batch mates? Do I really have a school here?"

Driya kept throwing questions while they walked to 'The Apple Tree' as Nemam touched one of the apples they entered into another place.

This place has everything, a school, a workplace, homes, it's like a small town.Nemam took Driya to a building named 'Main Entrance', which looks like a simple school building. Driya was expecting some big fancy academy but here it is! At the entrance, Driya met other kids and one more mentor. There were 8 kids and 2 mentors, everyone was so quiet and were marching very fast to the classroom. As they settled in one of the classrooms both mentors went to the podium of the class at a lightning speed that was even impossible to see! One of the mentors who appeared very strict came forward and said-

"Hello class, my name is Aarti Sharma and I'm your one of your mentors. I know you all would be having lots of questions so first, let me tell you 'You all are very safe and of course quite lucky to be selected for 'The Apple Academy of Magic'. Yes! You heard it right, This is the school of magic and other superpowers."

"You all would have noticed that no one can see you but us, as you will get your name badges and uniform you all will become visible to everyone. "And she called out their names; Mike Conell, Ary Jackson, Iva Murray, Vin Locksmith, Driya Locaste, Zen Lou, Oliver Kerg and Ram Manas, and a badge popped out from the air and set right onto their uniforms.Aarti continued:"You have come here in your sleep and will be staying here for another 3 hours which will be 30 mins in that world. So, you all will be in deep sleep there for the next 30 mins. For new joiner 3 hours is the maximum time you can stay here, time duration will increase based on your seniority in classes. You all are between 12-13 years I believe because this is the age we get for new admission. For the first year, you won't remember a thing of here when you get back to another world."
