Chapter 1 The New Girl

Cassidy's POV

It's been 2 years since my mom and dad split I currently live in in a small apartment with my mom it's 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom I don't mind it though, I think it's pretty decent.

Tomorrow is the first day of school I'm pretty nervous, I haven't been in a public school since the split and I'm just freaking out I can't even sleep right now.

****The Next Day****

Beep beep beep beep!!!! I hear my alarm go off

I don't wanna get up but I have to I can't be late for the first day

I get up put on some old shoes, some sweats and a t- shirt since we can't afford any of the old clothes we used to buy from those fancy shops

After I'm done i head to the kitchen for breakfast and to make my lunch

My breakfast was 2 pieces of stale bread, some water and a bowl of soup that had random things my mom could find thrown in there

"Are you ready for school Cassidy" my mom says

"Yeah I'm just a little nervous" I say while stuffing my face with food

"Don't worry you'll be fine, hey I gotta go to work I'll see you when I'm out okay? I love you bye" she says and the kisses my forehead

I was walking to school when I looked at the time and realized I was late I started running and then it starts pouring rain

I finally get there and the school is enormous I was amazed and I ran to my first class biology

C203, C204 oh finally C205 Mr. Wren's class I ran in and start explaining my self to him, "I'm so sorry I woke up late and- " I got interrupted by the sound of laughter filling up the room "hahaha your such a joke" someone shouts "awww new girl is wet"I looked down I was soaking wet I ran out to the restroom and tried to dry all my cloths under the hand dryer , this is the worst first day of school
