"hey mom where's dad?" mom gracefully flips the pancake she turns to me with one of her signature sweet smiles at me "he is at work"

"but we never get to see him...well that much" her smile  drops I knew I said the wrong thing but it was true "well he is dedication" she smiled with a week chuckle "you know he was here last night" she said weakly 'yeah but all he did was talk to you Grade papers and said goodnight.' I frown

"yeah but.." mom handed me a plate of her infamous pancakes I immediately smiled and took them they head a smile on them made from blueberrys I look back to mama as I sat the plate down "mom what does dad do anyway and why can't we see him?....well that much" mom sighed thinking of a answer she smiled "he is a teacher" I smiled "oh yeah..hahaha~ you guys told me that" mom smiles at me being dumb she joined in the laughter but it stop as we heard a knock on the door I look at her a shook my head yes she smiled "I will call you down in a bit take your food with ya"

"Hai" I said grabbing my plate walking upstairs into my room I lay down by the door eating my pancake trying to make out what they were saying I was curious who is was dad always has a key and we live in the middle of the woods I only heard some much of what they were saying it was hard trying to put it together It was a males voice you could tell he was serious

"Hello ma'am"

"What is wrong sir"

"I need-"

"No!-"

That's it then my name was called I look at the rest of my food and shoved it into my mouth when I go downstairs I put the plate on the table and looked at the man he was definitely serious and older then me he had brown hair that spiked up and brown eyes he looked like he could and would kill me at any second I was dad behind him in octopus form

"Hello I'm karasuma"

"Nice to meet you sir I'm tako" i said politely smiling at the man I turn to mom she glared daggers at him I flinched not used to seeing her like this "that's all you wanted right." Mom said her voic was pound and full of anger dad went through the door and but one of his tentacles on her shoulder trying to calm her it was silent the air was thick it was suffocating

"Mom, dad...why is karasuma here?"

"I'm tako yukimira! Nice to meet you guys!" I said really happy this was the first time I ever went to school I look at the class all about my age all eyes were on me which did make me a little nervous but I did recognize people from what dad told me he said to stay away from  kaede that was the girl with green hair I didn't understand why but she did seem surprised at my last name for some reason "oh! right sorry guys! Are there any question?" A couple of people  raise there hands

"umm you"

"are you single?" I blush and felt sad get mad "y-yes I am" the Orange hair boy smiled like a little kid walking into a candy shop blushing I carried on

"oh you there"

"why are you here?"

"Well karasuma told me to play with you guys..or something like that" I laugh out of nervousness everyone looked at karasuma he didn't say anything I smile "any more??" one more raised there hand  it was  kaede i gulp
