Chapter 4

"Taylor! Bitch, you will NOT believe who just asked me out!" I said, running up to her locker.
"who bitch, who?!" she replied.
I told her the story about how Dominic Price, a tall, curly headed light-skinned, came up to me asking me to go wit him to a party.
"but bitch, of course I had to ask about you tagging along so... we both goin to a party!" I squealed.
This was our first time ever being invited to a high school party. People always thought we weren't cool or cute enough to go to a party. I don't know what changed their minds but biih it's a party, why not?.

Chantelle and her bestie, Lauryn, came up to us.
"Hey, bitches!" Chantelle said.
Did this girl say hey to us?
"Hi...?" Taylor replied.
"Can't wait to see y'all at our party, Friday night." Lauryn said, forcing a fake smile.
We both ignored the two of them. Walking off, Chantelle and Lauryn laughed.
"Miyah boo, I'm starting to think it's a bad idea to go." Taylor whined.
Girlllll it's our first party, we goin.
"Tay, forget about them stiff weave headed hoes. We goin!"
We both headed to our next class.

Walking out of the school, Dominic and his boys stopped us.
"Heyy, Miyah." He said grabbing my free hand,
I turned around. "Yes?"
"Hey. Taylor, right?" He asked.
"Mhm" Taylor shook her head.
"So, a couple of us going to get sum to eat, y'all wanna come?"
a couple? More like a mob of y'all.
Taylor and I smiled, shaking our head. Turning around, we see Chantelle and Lauryn.
"Told y'all we bitches now!" Chantelle smiled as Lauryn smirked.
This bitch.

As I texted my mom, Taylor came up to me.
"Okay, I regret saying we don't have to go to that party because biiih we goin."
"Who you meet?" I asked, already knowing why she changed her mind.
"Girrrrlllll. TYLER!" She screamed.
I hope she know that Tyler is dating Lauryn. At least, that's what I heard.
"He dating, Lauryn tho."
"oh no, he single as fuck"
I laughed.
Coming up to us was Chantelle and Lauryn.
"Look, we ain't here for no drama. Don't start nun wit us and we'll be happy to not do the same." Lauryn smiled.
Don't nobody start drama wit they ugly asses. They the ones who start drama period.
I looked at Taylor then back at the two and we fake smiled, nodding our heads.
"Sooo, in order to walk in our party, y'all needa look sexy as hell."
"No school tomorrow, shoppin it is!"
Girrrl, school first, I ain't you.
"Buuut... We do have school. I can't skip, my mom would know and I have a lot of work to turn in." I said.
They laughed dead in my face leaving me to frown.
"Oh wow, you such a schoolgirl" Lauryn laughed.
"We got everything under control. Just show up and don't wear that dirty ass white shirt, again." Chantelle laughed and walked away with Lauryn.
But, this shirt for one is washed. And two, I haven't worn this before. Have I?
As I smelled my shirt, Taylor looked at me and tilt her head letting me know someone was coming.
"Oh hiiii!" I brushed myself off.
"Hey, I hope Chantelle and Lauryn didn't scare y'all or sum. If so, I'm sorry about that." He said pointing behind him with his thumb and throwing his hand in his fist.
"Oh, nooo. They was just letting us know that we going shopping tomorrow!" I cheesed nervously.
He chucked "okay. Well, everyone finna head out, c'mon"
I shook my head grabbing my books and stuff, Taylor did the same. We walked out, leaving the boys behind.

*Dominic P.O.V.*

"Aye bro, you still on for that plan tomorrow night?"
"Yeah bruh" I smirked
I gave Tyler dap as he hit me on my shoulder. Lauryn walked up to me.
"Get you some." Isaiah called-out as Chantelle punched him in his chest walking out.
I shook my head, laughin.
"Wassup girl?" I said.
I grabbed her by her waist, kissing her.
"Babe, I don't like this idea."
"Don't worry, ma. It's not even gon be my fault" I smirked, kissing her more.
She pulled away letting me know to drop the 'ugly asses' off at home.
"I'm coming over after" I smirked, turning her around.
I smacked her ass. "Okie!"
I chuckled, as we left.
"Alright , y'all ready?" I asked the girls.
They both nodded.
I started the engine, giving Tyler dap.
I played 'Turn Myself In' by Lil Durk and drove off.
