Okay, so I think I accidentally deleted this.. xD Or wattpad deleted it while I was sleeping. I dunno. But either way, it still got deleted and I'm very mad... Thank God I have it saved OMG! Here's the form!

By the way for the people who have just discovered this, the characters are split into two groups. Cards and Roses. None signify a bad group, that's just where the characters are whisked off too after falling in the "rabbit hole!"
