I sat down two tables down from where Justin was. Class filled up extremely quick, since it was the first day.... but we just got the syllabus they always give you that no one ever keeps cause it's pretty useless.
"Now, in three days were going to actually starting learning the basics of criminal law like the cause of certain crimes." Mr.Garron explains not getting much attention from anyone.
I try and pay attention to the teacher, trying to get excited finally learning about crimes and why there bad and not fine....depending on how many you kill who are lawyers....
Getting caught in my thoughts, I feel a small jolt in my head and see a paper ball fall onto the floor. I look back trying to see who threw it. Focusing back my attention, throwing the syllabus back into my folder.
I feel another bump in my head and turn back around looking through the class.
Just don't pay attention, let's just calm down.
Ok That was the last straw...
"Alright who is fucking doing that!" Standing up from my seat. Right after saying that, Mr.Garron stops writing on the chalkboard and turns around.
"Ms Lockland do we have a problem?" He asks looking alittle irritated.
"No sir, um...can I go get some water?" I ask to try and call down before I snap someone's neck in half.
"You need to come back non disruptive or you can stay with me for your free period." As he ushers with his hand to leave.
"Thank you Mr.Garron" I say grabbing my bag and binder with my head down trying not to feel every eye staring at me while I exit the room.
I decide to head outside to get some fresh air and sit on the steps outside the building, looking at all cars heading into the city.
"I have nothing to think about" I say to myself. "Wow this is so surprising."
"Yea, since you never stop talking" A voice from behind me. I turn around to see Justin leaning on the door before walking down the stairs and sit next to me.
"You know, thinking and speaking is different" As I still look at the cars on the highway.
We sat there for maybe 2 to 3 minutes before he decided to speak.
"Did you even read the paper" he said looking at me.
I looked at him with a questioning look wondering what he was talking about. Finally realizing what he was talking about, I slapped his arm.
"What was that for!" He asked rubbing his arm.
"Why did throw all those paper balls at me!" Getting up and walking up the stairs.
"Because I needed to tell you something but obviously you have no eyes" Rolling his eyes.
"First. Of. All." I say with each step I take back down the stairs. "What am I supposed to think if someone keeps throwing something at you?!"
"Mm...Nah your just blind" He says shrugging his shoulders like it was nothing.
"I hate you with a literal burning passion, what did you need to tell me before I kick you in the shin" picking up my bag and finishing going down the rest of the stairs.
"The gang and I are going to a party, you coming? And where are you going?" He asks following me.
"I'm probably going to chickfila."
"Why?"
"Because I'm hungry."
"In the middle of class?"
